Marcus Loving and his crew are awesome. I have been ordering from this store for the past 5 years. Never a bad experience with anyone there. They are more than flexible with you and willing to help in any way. Lord knows they put up with me and thank you for always helping when need it. Great store.

One thing I love the most is when people keep their word. Ashley with Aarons at the Joilet location has been not only professional but a woman of her word. She has worked with me, followed up as promised and has made my experience with Aaron’s an enjoyable one. I have been a customer for a few years now and the entire staff is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!

Yuli went above and beyond for my needs. I was in a jam and she made it all better. It was an easy no stress transaction. She provided me the best options. That location did not have what I needed and she located it for me and arranged a quick delivery. What a wonderful asset to Aaron's. Customer service like hers is priceless!!

Rod Jr and Ronia from the store on Jefferson Street Joliet treated me and my husband with the best customer service we've experienced. Their patience and understanding in working with us in reference to financial abilities made us feel like we were important to Aaron's. If you haven't recognized already, they work excellent as a team. They both deserve a raise. Hold on very tight to them. You got something very special with them. Thanks for your help with our new furniture.

I'm very impressed by the staff at the Joliet Aaron's store. Michelle is very efficient and she's very knowledgeable about the products in which the company lease to own. She's a model sales person. Very pleasant phone and customer service abilities. One of the most nicest stories I've done business with in many years. We have bought many items from Aaron’s, extremely professional employees. Marcus and Rod were wonderful getting our paperwork and order placed. Martin and Matt who delivered and set up our order, were phenomenal. I highly recommend this location, based on the customer service alone.

Marcus and Marcus did a wonderful job delivering my son's furniture. I was very pleased with their work. They were efficient and put it together in a timely manner. They also worked with our schedule for delivery. They were great.

My experience with this store has been nothing but exceptional. Even down to the delivery and installation. Mike and Mark were my delivery drivers and they went above and beyond to make sure I was set up properly. They were very courteous and extremely customer service oriented. If you find yourself in need of furniture or home appliances this is definitely the place to check out. They will treat you like royalty.

I want to say thank you to Mr Marcus for helping me today. I appreciate all that you did for me today. Your act of kindness made my bad day better. My son, went there on Wed...within 30 minutes, he was walking out, contract in hand...set a delivery time for after 3 pm... the next day...later realizing we'd would be home, called to request a change in delivery time to before 3p m. Absolutely no problem, changed the time within a couple minutes to between 12-3...great! Thursday at approximately 12:20 p m..the beautiful stove was delivered, installed, directions explained ...and those 2 very nice guys were out of there, within 30 minutes! Great Job!

I worked with Marcus and he was extremely knowledgeable about what I needed and what would be affordable for my budget. I would reccomend working with him to anyone and I would definitely want to work with him when I'm ready to furnish my next room. He is top-notch. The furniture is beautiful and of good quality. The delivery guys were careful and professional. Again, Aaron's at 918 Jefferson St in Joliet is the place to go.

I just want to say I love how Rod Reed jr. took care of everything for me. From looking online seeing what was the best mattress and bedroom set for me. I’m in love with my bed thank you so much for all your help and working with me. I am a satisfied customer and will recommend this location to any of my friends and family. ❤❤

My husband and I have been building our credit by purchasing item with Aaron's. There have been many times when we had to wait a few days sometimes a week even to make our payment. When I call to explain our situation I they are always quick with understanding and working with us! We are now two payments away from purchasing brand new couches that only we have owned and will be looking to purchase a bedroom set in the future! Thank you Aaron's staff for your kindness, patience, and understanding.

Josh and Alex were amazing. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, They set up the TV's and answered all my questions. It was definitely a good experience with them!

I've dealt with furniture stores in the past. I can honestly say this store surpasses them in various ways. When you first step in you're greeted right away. The store is clean and customer service is great. I'm not sure where these bad reviews are coming from, but I do know that since Marcus is now the manager there is professionalism. If there's a problem he will rectify it. I hope he continues to run this store so I can continue to refer people and do business with He and his team!
