Will County Land Use Department

I have spoken to the Land Use Department multiple times in reference to questions about my property. Each time I have called, they have been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and was able to provide wine with the documentation I needed in a very timely manner. They work hard to help citizens with any questions they may have!

Everyone here was helpful.. I know it gets overwhelming dealing with the public. I can’t ever say I had lack of assistance from the staff here. My only complaint is to obtain a permit, the process is quite absurd..

Way better than Cook County!! Much easier to work with!

Friendly and hellpefull

Tried to call help and the lady was extremely rude and not helpful.

If you are applying for a permit you have to sign over your birth certificate of the kids. They make it a complete utterly nightmare. If you are excited to do a project forget it.

Worst place! Every time I tried to apply for a permit, every person would say something different and made it very hard for me.

They don't know to answer the phone .

The County Land Use Dept is mostly a nightmare to work with.
