They want you to succeed and know how to drive the results you are looking for. Good vibes, clean place, educated instructors and nice members. Highly recommend if you are looking to transform and see results- they will get you to where you want to be.

Great welcoming staff that cares. Motivational, inspiring, and funny. Try to be lazy and they'll kick your butt! They have a place for not only beginners but also a place for advanced lifters too! Should be 5+ stars...

If you want to go to a gym and look at yourself in the mirror while you run, don’t go to ProCorefitness.
If you want to look at yourself while you pound weights don’t go to ProCorefitness.
If you want to look at your butt while you squat don’t go to ProCorefitness.
If you want a new you and are willing to work for it go to ProCorefitness.
If you want trainers that truly care about you and your workouts go to ProCorefitness.
If you want to feel like people care about what you’re doing there (not just the trainers) go to ProCorefitness.
I have only been with ProCorefitness for a few weeks but I can say in all honestly the people there are good people, they are people that want you to not only do your best but also be your best. I have major limitations that could hold me back but Kasia (my trainer) doesn’t let my aliments stop me. She gives me a good workout each time I train with her and I have already lost more weight than I thought I could because of my limitations. I know by working with Kasia and other trainers there my body will be healthier and stronger than I ever thought.

Best place to workout, instructors are funny and get the job done.... And it's never boring, relieving your stress but exercise and laughter....
