I've been 3 to 4 times and ordered different things every time... just wanna say that the food there is completely amazing, the prices are incredibly reasonable, the fries are arguably the best, and the ladies there are all very polite and super nice. Definitely going there again, and again lol thanks. Oh and they have a great selection on the beers. Big bonus lol

Nice little place to walk to when you have jury duty.. Several of us walked here for lunch.. the food was good, the service was really good too.. There were several attorneys and politicians there, you could tell they were regulars here. The waitress said she had worked here for almost 20 yrs.. This really is a local hit spot. If your headed to the Rialto Theatre this is a great place to stop by before the show. Great service and very reasonable prices with generous portioned sandwiches. Cold beer too.

Great food, fast service, and pleasant atmosphere. I met up with a friend here for lunch. Place was easy enough to find though parking was a bit of a trick. Once that was settled though we ordered lunch sat down and enjoyed. Will definitely be going back.

I absolutely love this place!! I've never had a bad meal here. My kids and I used to come here all the time, but we recently moved and it's a farther drive, which is well worth it cause we still manage to come. I ordered the chopped chicken salad expecting a boring chicken salad but boy was I surprised!! It's huge and very delicious definitely reccomend!! Overall nice little place, staff is always very friendly and even though you have no waitress someone usually checks on you once or twice. Looks like most everything is made from scratch right then and there. Definitely reccomend this place.

We met friends here in Feb. prior to attending a concert at the Rialto. We arrived early figuring that the place would get crowded as a previous reviewer had indicated. It did, we were all glad that we arrived a bit early compared to the show start time. We were seated right away and the service was good and friendly. We all ordered different sandwiches which were good but nothing great. The corned beef sandwich was good but there is much better elsewhere. I would recommend this as a good place to go before a show, but get there early unless you are good with standing for awhile waiting for a seat.

My family and I have been in this place more than once and I have to say that I really like their food. The people working there are very humble and very courteous, they provide a really fast and amazing service. The food is delicious and prices are very reasonable for the serving size. Every time I go there I try something new and everything has been really good. I do recommend this place and I will be coming for more.

This is a one of the BEST spots in town! Clean comfortable atmosphere and the food is awesome! Service is impeccable! The owner is present and active be everyday! Every time we've visited it's been nothing but a truly great overall experience. I recommend anyone in the area to stop by and visit I promise you won't be disappointed!

It was really good! I had the the hot dogs and fries. The fries were really good. We were able to play pool which was really nice, it's been a while since I've dined in and played pool as well.

Having the restricted diet I suffer, they accommodate with great substitutions and flavors. Their Chicago Digs are SPOT ON. The onther menus choices (there are many) I've purchased for my crew have always been welcomed and devoured without even a word said till the last bit was done. Okay, granted, we only tried the burger and Chicago Dog but there are times when you can tell by a simple sample how much attention is paid to the preparation of food....and it's this attention that sets places apart. This was our first stop on our Chicago-Santa Monica Route 66 road trip. And as it turned out it was one of the most memorable. It is the place that when we reminisce about the burger places we visited it is at the top of the list. She had the Friday Special Burger (forgot the name) and it was done perfectly. The bun was light and airy but full of flavor and the meat was moist and juicy. It was not overcooked like we experienced in so many other places. The condiments were plentiful but did not over power the burger and the price was especially nice. This was our top value burger of our entire trip. I hadthe Chicago Dog. It was prepared as expertly as we have experienced. It was decorated as if it came off an advertisement. If you have never had a Chicago Dog this would be a great introduction to the culinary specialty. We both agree that coming back here would be worth a special trip to Joliet.

Very good food!! I had their version of a chopped salad! Romaine, tomato, avocado, bacon, chicken, roasted corn with a cilantro vinaigrette topped with warm, crispy tortilla strips! I actually liked it better than Portillo's. My colleague had the version of Maxwell St. Polish.. it was actually more like "Chicago style" missing the pickle spear and relish.. he however thought it was good. Looked good! The homemade fries was a nice touch! THOSE were yummy! Nice decor...not so much Chicago style, but nice.

Very nice people. Fresh cut fries. Not usually a fan of onion rings as the batter tends to taste like dirty grease. These onion rings were great. Light batter, great flavor.

I go here very frequently, primarily because I live in close proximity to it. I've never been let down by anything on their menu. The Joliet burger is incredible I highly recommend it.

1st time customer from uber eats, and im so glad five guys wasnt taking my order today and i tried this instead. The chicken tenders were soooo good idk where they get em of if they pull the meat off themselves since they looked different from the usual tenders you expect. The fries were a bit soggy but i can live with that after i tried the "joliet burger" SO DAMN GOOD and way cheaper then five guys. Im definitly happy with my food and will order again next time i need a great burger. Looking forward to trying other things from here.

My son and I are working our way through the menu and everything is great so far. The chicken brushetta panini and ravioli bites are my favorites so far, though the Mac and cheese bites are great too! I live the fact that they cater, deliver and have carry out. Also 99 cent hot dogs on Sundays! This is my new favorite place, super convenient, especially if I'm hanging in my pjs and juat want delivery! 5 stars and I'll b back for sure!

Got this delivered through Door Dash. I drive OTR and have been all over. Minnesota....ugh. This place is......FIRE! The Chicago dogs are awesome. The Italian beef sandwich didn't have onions and peppers like the pic but was still awesome. A great Italian dip sandwich with plenty of beef. I might have had to order the peppers and onions extra and didn't know to. Tamales are Bomb Diggity as well.... wrapped in corn husks....no b.s. here. Prices are surprisingly reasonable too. Apparently this restaurant doesn't realize how good it is yet. Chicago Style Grill, Joliet Illinois.... I'd come back here any day. That being said.....forget supply and demand! Don't raise the prices!! Lol.

If you like good craft beer (or any of the usual domestics), great bar food, and live music, look no further. This is one of the few places in Joliet worth visiting. Go on Tuesday for .35 cent wings, or any other night for a Buffalo Bacon Blue Chess burger. I'm sorry kuhrmetw didn't have a good experience at what has become one of my favorite pubs, but there's no need to slander the place as scummy. Guess we all have different expectations for a pub/bar should be, and I think that kuhrmetw's review was a little over the top for you new readers. Bottom line, it's a bar.

It’s hard to find good food in Joliet. This place is amazing ! And the service by far is the best I’ve experienced in this area. Great Food, Great People , and the price is RIGHT!

Really good food at reasonable prices. Worth checking out if you never gone there.
