Mark is awesome. Needed a new TV and wanted to stick with local owned businesses. Mark spent plenty of time explaining the different brands and technologies so I could make a sound decision. Ended up with a 75” Sony and price was better than the Big Box boys. Mark has the expertise you could not get anywhere else in town. Mark even dropped my TV off the same day and was kind enough to open the box and pretty much mount the TV for me. Customer for life. Highly recommend! Trust me, go to Toton’s, they price match any of the competitors and you will walk out knowing you purchased the right TV at the right price.

This review is overdue. I had a wonderful experience purchasing a TV for my parents. The owners were fabulous from start to finish. The recommendation was perfect for my parents' needs. To top it off, they offered to deliver same day which was the day before Christmas Eve. The top-notch customer service did not end there. The delivery did not go as planned because the TV was too big for the area over the fireplace. Mark did not want to disappoint and went back to the store (after hours) to redesign the TV legs to fit the space. He was very knowledgeable and patient. The next day, our guests were able to enjoy the football games on our brand new TV. This was my first time purchasing from there, but it definitely will not be the last! Thank you so much for your superb customer service! Please do not hesitate to purchase from here...you will not get the same type of service from the big-box stores!

Excellent service. Nice showroom. Mark, the owner, showed us TV's that were best for sports, or best for gaming, or best for movie watching. You decide. Their prices are the same as the big box stores. For a reasonable fee, they bring the TV the next day to your home and set everything up. Also, Toton's is the only service shop in town. The way they treat their customers and their excellent service is the reason that they have been in business for 50+ years. Thanks again Toton's for everything.

We purchased our LG TV at Toton’s this morning and we’re watching it right now! Where else can you buy a TV and have it delivered and set up the same day?!!! They have excellent customer service and they’ll match prices too! This is the second TV we’ve bought from them and couldn’t be happier with our choices! Have been a loyal customer for more than twenty years at least. Always a pleasurable buying experience, coupled with a detailed explanation of the features and benefits of the models available. Always COMPETITIVE pricing and a live person answers the phone should you ever need any assistance. Mark and Vikki make it so easy to avoid all the big box stores. Moments after we left their store after our last purchase, I said to my wife, "Why would anyone ever consider buying a TV at Walmart or other retailers?"

These guys really know their stuff, I took my 55" tv that was turning on and off on its own. They fixed it in no time.

Great experience. I had done a lot of research and narrow down my choices to three TVs. Going in and visiting Toton's is what helped me select the TV that was best fit for me. It's nice to be able to talk to people who actually repair the TVs and know the ins and the outs of it instead of someone at a department store who just stocked the shelves. Worth the trip from Homewood Flossmoor to support a local Independent Business who does good work. This will be my spot for purchasing TVs from this point forward.

You tell them what you need and they give you options. Much more knowledgeable than big box stores. No pressure to buy. We bought our last TV here and came back again. They install and set up. Great service.

Just bought our second TV from them, and it was another great experience. Everyone should be buying TV's from them. They match prices and have a better warranty than the big box stores.

I'm editing this review after a few things. I had bought a TV from another place and it went bad. I took it to TonTons and they where honest with me for what needed replacing I could get a new TV for just a few dollars more, it was what I kinda knew in the back of my head but was hoping wasnt true. I decided to buy 1 size up on the TV I had. Not only did they come and set up my TV but when I had an issue with a port they where back out next day to fix it. I also got the 5 year warranty with them which seemed like a no brainer. My last TV died after 18 months. The 2 guys who came to set up and fix the TV very professional, they where nice guys all around and very knowledgeable.I enjoyed talking to them and will continue to do business with them from now on.

Toton's is the only shop that repairs TV's in the area. They also install Arial antennas. I've been dealing with them ever since the tube TV's were around. They're great bunch of people and have a good selection of TV's to choose from.

Honest hard working shop. That has top of the line equipment and people in the know that can guide you to a great TV. Also if your looking for repairs they offer first rate and fast repairs at honest prices. As well if your in the need of something used check out the Used and refurbished sets they have.

We purchased a 65" tv from Mark and Vicki Toton, of Totons tv in 2014 and was very pleased with the price and quality of the product. Late this spring we experienced some issues with the tv. As usual I could not find our receipt nor warranty. So I called the store and to no surprise to us I was able talk directly to Vicki she quickly retrieved our purchase information and said we were still within our warranty period by only a few weeks. She set up a time for Mark to quickly stop by and trouble shoot the tv. Mark had to take the tv but left a loaner tv!!! Was not expecting that. Awesome. A few days latter we received a call that the tv could not be repaired and an upgraded model would replace it and all we had to do was pay for the new warranty. Great deal. We are so happy that we finally went with a local family owned business where quality and service are truly number one!! We will always take our entertainment business to Totons. We have many of friends who had tv problems they had purchased from the big box stores, and have listened to their stories of the runaround phone games they had to endure. Typically talking to service hubs that were not even in this state. If you are tired of that kind of treatment we strongly suggest giving Totons TV a try. You wont be sorry. They offer better prices than any of the big box stores, if you find it lower just ask, they’ll beat it! The staff is WAY more knowledgeable than anyone you’ll find at the big electronic stores, and you get to support a locally owned business instead of a giant corporation.

This is a family owned small business and the owner is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the products he sells. It was a very educational experience and his recommendations are based on customer needs, not an upsell! Very nice and professional people that I feel comfortable very recommending to anyone!

Best place in town to buy a TV beats other prices hands down Service is great That's why i buy from there .I have bought 4 TV's from there in around 40 years .
