Mike and Mike did a terrific job. I'm very particular and hard to satisfy but they put the clean out totally to my satisfaction. Then they rodded many roots out of 85 ft.of 6 inch tile. I will call DrainServ and/or recommend you guys if I know someone who needs a sewer plumber in the future. Thanks. Richard

Today May 26 David and Tom came to our residence to see what was going on with our septic. This company was referred by someone to us. I am extremely happy with the professionalism shown by David. The best plumbing company in Illinois. Honest, reasonable prices, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They were my third plumber after a major issue. Nobody could fix my problem and we're quoting me $8000 and digging up my yard. Drainserv, run by Josh, fixed it in 20 min and then came back to follow-up at a fraction of the cost. They have my loyalty for life!

As a local business owner of Airsystemsheatingandcooling it’s hard to refer other company’s that may not be respectful in and around customers home, and do the whole job they were asked to complete. That being said, I found this great company for, drain clogged problems, that I would (and do) refer to anyone one of my customers. I would highly recommend Drainserv to everyone!!! Great, honest company!! Josh is a great guy!!! I had sewer problems at least once a year from tree roots. I would call at 7:00 a.m. and they would be at my house no later than noon and sometimes as early as 9:00. They replaced my main sewer line last year (my house is 60 years old) and I couldn't be happier with the quality and price of their work. I can't say enough good things about this company!!!!

I see water overflowing from our floor drain pipe on a Sunday evening and i started having an anxiety attack. Came from a week conference and needed to rest but due to the urgency of the matter, I started calling plumbing places that had a good review. All of them could not give a price nor an estimate, except Josh of Drainserv. I have made an appt with another company and was told $49 service call on top of what they will find and that would be additional cost but will get credit for the $49 if i get it done the same day.

Then I received a call back from Josh and confidently told me that he guarantee he can fix my problem for a fix amount. Was hesistant at first but thought given the good reviews he had on google, even for only 7 people, i took a chance. Out of those 7 people, 4 of them had more than 2 reviews and 2 are flagged as local guides (meaning confirmed reviews).

Josh told me they are family own business and will be sending his brother Mike with another guy David. I am so thankful i made the appointment.
I now find myself a reputable plumbing and drain services backed with honesty and integrity. . Not only they fixed our clogged drain pipe, they also fix our leaking toilet for the amount we agreed upon and a little extra. Im not complaining, the fact that he fix the leak for the toilet is more than enough for the additional amount he added on our bill. Definitely earned a repeat business from me if i ever need a plumber again.

This is my second time using this company. They are always polite, knowledgeable and have fair pricing.

After getting ripped off by the “roto” company i was referred to DrainServ. Dave and Jay were professional and fixed the issue at 1/3 the cost and 0% of the drama. 100% recommended
