The first time I took my Newfie here it was for aftercare due to surgery he had at another clinic. He was there for around 24 hours and when we picked him up he was in great shape and feeling good. They were very sweet and professional. Today I had my second appointment ever - really just a wellness check but my partner and I did have a list of concerns as our Newfie is growing old and never displays discomfort, so we needed a professional to make sure he was okay. Every person we came into contact with was pleasant and professional. The rooms were clean and our dog didn’t have any anxiety. We worked with Dr. Aaron Cramp. He was very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. He was quick with his information and recommendations. We so appreciate the work you guys do!

Been to a lot of veterinary businesses across this country through the years only to discover that the best of the best was right here in my own backyard. Doctor Art Charles and the rest of the staff are outstanding. His professional service and deep experience shows on every level. While no veterinary clinic is inexpensive, they do try to offer service options to what may be more affordable while keeping the health of your pet as the primary objective. My dogs do not fear this clinic at all. That is the gold standard.

They are the best with my daughters dog who has stomach issues. And have taken my cat there for years! The best employee's!!

Absolutely wonderful place they treat my dog great and diagnosed her right off and it's been smooth sailing since.

Our son's girlfriend's dog is spending the winter with us until May. He went out on Easter night to do his duty and ran into a porcupine. Careful, this is the time they are coming out again. I called the office and tbey saw him right away on Monday morning. We were in and out in less than 1.5 hr. Their assistant even lifted him into my pickup truck after sedation. Cappy is very happy and well! Very nice staff, a great office! Thank you for being ready to help our fur family!

We have a great experience taking our dog and cat here.

Left a voicemail after hours and got a call back first thing when they opened this morning. My new kitty Cashew had some eye discharge that I was concerned with and wanted to have checked out asap. The staff got him in right away and ensured a smooth visit! I just moved back from Boston and I’m happy to call this our new vet! Thank you to your team for great service and patient care!

I was back in Maine on vacation. One of my pups had an scratched eye and they were able to fit me into a very busy day with minimal notice. Provided great knowledgeable service!

I started going here when Dr. Charles and Dr. Gage took over and I am very happy. Dr. Charles has helped me through two bone cancers and two emergency situations with my livestock dog. He answers my questions and is direct and honest. The front staff has been very good too.

I could not be more happy with this vet! My dog found a porcupine on our hike this morning and they took care of him within an hour. Very clean, professional, and modern vet practice. I absolutely recommended.

Dr. Fowlie was the first vet to properly diagnose my cat's ear infection and treat it efficiently without hesitation.

The practice's prices are reasonable, they respect animal boundaries, the facility is clean, everyone wears a mask, and the staff is always very kind.

There is a cat waiting area and dog waiting area, so your pet will never be subjected to having their space invaded.

I have not met the other vets, but I can say for certain that Dr. Fowlie is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional.

The one and only downside to this facility is that if you are paying with care credit, the minimum payment is $200, but the rest will be added as credit your account for next time.

Usually the idea of "bill you a lot and + credit on your account" isn't ideal, in case I decide not to come back, but for this practice, I would come to them for anything, I trust them with my pets entirely, so this is a non-issue for me since I plan on returning for any ailment my pets have.

The Lobby and rooms were clean and bright. They were very accommodating to my schedule and reasonably priced. Dr Charles was patient and answered all my questions and took great care of my puppies. I am so happy to have found a vet I like. I look forward to doing more business there.

Back on July 7th while visiting the area from NY our Yorkie ended up falling and injuring his leg. After calling many vets and not able to get an appointment, we were referred to call Medomak. We couldn't have been happier that we called! Dr. Julie Krasne was able to see our dog the next day and evaluate his condition. After prescribing some medicine (thankfully he wasn't hurt that bad), Dr. Krasne even let us borrow a cage temporarily so he wouldn't jump off anything while we couldn't watch him. We returned the cage and weren't charged. From the professionalism of Dr. Julie Krasne, to the friendly receptionists (Stacey...sorry we don't have the name of the other person you were with), the service and attention to our dog was outstanding...the facility is also extremely clean and well kept! Would highly recommend to anyone in the area, and people vacationing like ourselves. Thanks again!
