I love the staff here specially Wendy Estrada she is a very kind lady she always smiled while talking to us. There was a few people but I was taken care off quick. Everything was calm i really recommend to come here 😊 ( about the picture I had to take it secretly sorry🙄)

Friendly staff, they have extended hours on Saturday compared to others Harris locations nearby and a security staff present.

I waited an hour to speak to a banker, just to get my bank card replaced because I caught fraud on my own account for the second time not bmo. Helping customers in a timely manner is apart of customer service. There’s no reason people should be waiting an hour to speak to a banker, if there isn’t enough of you hire more people

What’s the point of having the tap reader on ATM’s if they’re not going to work? This is every Bmo in Joliet and new Lenox and I’m sure elsewhere.

Avoid BMO Harrris bank. Staff at the branches are courteous but there is virtually no online help available. Attempting to call the toll free help line will consume no less than an hour of your day. Bait and switch interest rates are not worth the headache.

Very bad bank I don’t recommend

The bankers there are horrible ! They will have so many people waiting while they sit around and talk to themselves . Rosa specifically assisted me in a loan process & when I left her voicemails for her to get back to me she never did ! She wasted my time with the whole process. Till this day she has not returned my calls for more information. Every time I come to this location to speak to a banker I wait such a long time.

The atm new updated system is slower than the old one . Takes forever to do a transaction …

Local Joliet and new lenox staff are great but had a bad experience with bad customer service when trying to get a mortgage loan, they asigned me a lady named M. Mendoza after I didn't get much help from her I re-applied to get prequalified hoping I would get someone else as the loan officer, but unfortunately they assigned me her again so I went to chase instead I am now prequalified and they explained to me about first time home buyer programs and which ones I can qualify for.
