I have been with State Farm for over 10 years. The customer service and prices have been so amazing that I stayed with State Farm even when I lived in Alaska. The Scott Southland branch has always answered my calls (even during lunch), and has always helped me find great solutions to my car and rental insurance needs. Absolutely recommend using them.

Ashley had been calling me every few months but I was already insured without a reason to change companies. I told her it was fine to keep checking up on me. Today I finally made the change I should have done a long time ago. She saved me money and I got some of the friendliest and professional service I have ever had! Had a great experience with this office. My new debit card didn’t process a payment and Heather stayed late (well past closing time) not only to make sure everything was taken care of, but also reviewed my account to make sure I had the coverage I needed with any discounts I was warranted. Would recommend to anyone.
