Dr English is a Very smart Dr. Looks u in eye when speaking with u. Explains information clearly. I agree on the review that she is not personable but it does not bother me. I am not there to be friends. She has proven to me she is a very knowledgeable Dr. She has taken good care of my medical needs. That's all I care about

Dr English has been thorough and polite in the appointments I've had with her. She explains all the policies in her practice on the first visit and she and her staff are quick to answer my questions and fill my scripts when I need them filled.

The staff here is Excellent! They take the time and explain everything. Dr Pendergrass is amazing. Listens to everything you have to say and does exactly what's best for you.

Great staff and services! See both ladies but usually deal with English and very happy with what I have experienced so far.

Always helpful and explains things well.

not sure if this location is permanently closed, but i’ve called every day and the machine answers and either says they’re on lunch or closed. I never got a warning about them closing and have been without my meds for 2 weeks and now have to find a new doctor

Dr. English was the worst physician I have ever had, and I don’t say that lightly. The numerous reviews tells a narrative that she is a poor physician - I left my annual physical in tears.

I brought this matter to the office staff and they were inappropriate and rude as well. There are many great medical offices in the area, and I highly recommend you go elsewhere.

Dr. English is the worst physician I have ever seen. I saw some reviews saying that she’s “not personable” but honestly, she’s downright rude. If I ask questions, she openly ROLLS HER EYES at me and gets exasperated. She has not done a single thing for me medically, she always looks in my throat and ears and then sends me to a specialist every. Time. I’m seeing 4 different ones now, which is obnoxious. She won’t answer any questions herself and when I’ve asked her if a concern is something i should worry about, she says “I can’t tell you that” like you can’t listen to my symptoms and tell me what we can do to figure out the cause??? Isn’t that the point of a doctor? In the past she has also asked me what medication I want prescribed to me, how in the world should I know? And then today asked which specialist I want to see for a problem I have been having. This is her job and she just doesn’t do it. I leave this office anxious and in tears every time, and I’ve been here probably 10 times in the last year (she makes you come in for a separate appointment to ask about more than one thing, for example, if I have a headache and a skin concern, she won’t tackle them in the same appointment). I REFUSE to go back to this office. I’ve been treated so horribly that she should be embarrassed.

Very disappointed. Should have done the “meet and greet” as someone suggested. I waited two months for this appointment and it was a waste of time. I needed a new doctor after moving to the area, and was hoping that Dr English would give me that “warm fuzzy “ feeling that I could go to and feel comfortable with being a new patient. Did not happen. Now the decision if i should find someone else. Not personable.

Dr. Pendergrass and her office staff are lazy, incompetent, and lack common sense. I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism four years ago, with a close family history of thyroid cancer. After my levels rose, all Dr. Pendergrass did was amp my dosage. After they rose AGAIN she simply decided to alter how I take my dosage. I called FOUR times without hearing back about a referral for an endocrinologist to look further into this hormone disorder. The first time I called, the receptionist didn’t even make note of it. The second time I called asking for an ultrasound or radioactive scan to be done on my thyroid, the RECEPTIONIST argued with me on why the doctor couldn’t do the SIMPLE task of referring me. I have called them three times in the past three weeks for a referral for an endocrinologist so I would be able to get a REAL doctors educated opinion. Still haven’t heard anything. I wouldn’t refer anyone to her. She’s a poor excuse for a doctor.

I suffer from terrible anxiety and going to a doctor is a trigger. It is so bad that I have completly neglected my health for years. But I somehow managed to make it to my "Meet and Greet" today. They were so rude, not a single person there knows how to smile. The whole time I was there I felt judged and by the time I was back in my car I was in tears. I will be finding a new doctor immediately. I just hope I can find one that can help me and understand that I need a calm friendly environment because health issues are stressful enough.

Was hoping for good things but we've been nothing but disappointed with Dr. English. Very poor bedside manner, shes rude and brushes off your questions/concerns with no concern. Refuses to listen about how I feel on the diabetes medications I'm on and insists I still take them instead of even trying to find me an alternative!! Don't waste your time here!

Meet and greet. I was not impressed. No personality and all talk was about rules and policy. Who is hiring who? If someone was paying me $130 dollars for 10 minutes of my time, i might try to smile and use some social skills.

If you want a doctor who is rude, does not give you the time of day, and makes you feel small, go see Dr. English.
