WENT TO BUY INSURANCE FROM THIS AGENCY, SOME OLD LADY TREATED MY CLIENT REAL BAD, SHE WAS SOOO UPSET TO DRIVE TO LEONARD ST OFFICE AND GET TREATED THIS WAY I THINK RODERICK E DAY NEEDS TO KNOW THAT HIS EMPLOYEE DOES NOT TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT I SELL 30 CARS A MONTH I WILL NOT LET ANOTHER CUSTOMER GO TO THESE PEOPLE AND ALOOW THEM TO GET TREATED THAT WAY
