Love this store! Very clean, smells AMAZING inside, and the cashier we had was so cool and very kind and helpful to us! I didn’t catch his name but it’s the tall dark haired guy with glasses. Good people, don't be fooled by the looks of those coming in and out of the store. If you're not a smoker, not the place for you. However, they do have some nice apparel to represent the West Side of GR called 616 West. I've purchased a few things from there, and I love it. Very comfortable clothing. Nice art work on the walls as well.

Really great shop. Local owner treats you with an "everyone is family vibe". Has quite the selection of all things "head shop" and more. Colorful and vibrant selection of clothing and accessories available in a large range of sizes and will order custom for you.

616 West is the best smoke shop around Grand Rapids. Nothing against the other shops, I've had good experiences in each. Unlike Tabacco Inc and West Side Smoke, 616 West just has an atmosphere of stay and chill. You can just sit and chat with Dowan, Sean, Cassie or anyone else there. Come by, get a great deal, and chill with here on Butterworth or off Alpine and 9th.
