Great food. Low prices. You can bring your kids and not feel like a pain. The servers and staff are super nice. Definitely recommend to anyone. They have awesome hot pepper cheese balls as well.

Their food was delicious, their staff works incredibly hard to please their customers.
I like a bit of a dark atmosphere, and they don't fail to deliver. I just wish it was a tad larger, but if that's the worst thing I could say, they're doing a great job!

Food is my favorite in town. The people are always helpful. And the atmosphere reminds me of a simpler time. Can’t explain it. I wish I could order their food on DoorDash but it’s probably best for my wallet and belt line that they don’t.

Went to lunch with my mom on a Thursday afternoon. The place was not super crowded, and we received prompt service. The burgers were absolutely delicious! I had a regular cheese burger and she had a patty melt. Both were full of flavor. Would definitely go back!

I eat here often because it's so close to my house and have neverrr had a bad experience! I've ordered many things off the menu and it's always great & not pricey. The drinks are always made well too 😌🙏🤩

Best burgers in Jackson, we’ve been coming to West Point Lounge for over 20 years and they never disappoint! The serving staff is always quick and friendly - even the chefs will strike up a conversation if they’re not busy. You can either sit at the bar or they have tables. It’s on the smaller side, so if it’s a busy time it will be harder for large groups, but they’ll do their best to make it work for you. Enjoy watching the fish above the bar!

Great place! Love the look and atmosphere. Super clean. They were slammed when I got there, but, Joanne, my server was supet friendly, awesome, and fast! I had the Smelt, it was great, but, after seeing other people's orders, I have to try a burger next time.......they look awesome. Joanne is a PRO! She made it a great night.

Kelly is our favorite server! She does an outstanding job! The burgers are perfect. I tried the Grilled Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich. It was the perfect size and I loved the chicken was actually grilled.

Oh, their fish is actually battered there. It's so good!

I found this place on maps and saw that they had a special that spoke to me, Monday bogo hotdogs and coney's. So I. Figure let's check it out. Well I've now been twice and both times the employee's have been friendly and the food is pretty good. I like the coneys and regular hotdogs. They actually grill them unlike other places which is in my opinion a great thing. Also the onions are chopped and not diced to a paste almost. The fried mushrooms are good as well. Can't speak for any other food since that's all I've had so far. The beer prices are pretty reasonable plus they have a full bar and again did I mention how friendly the staff is?

Anyway long story short it's definitely becoming my Monday hangout spot for the time being. 👍

My son and I stopped by after a soccer game, and he enjoyed his Ruben and French fry. Our waitress had a good sense of humor.

After hearing they had great burgers we thought we would stop in. Burgers are built the way you want, bun nice and toasted, served with fries and coleslaw. It was yummy and prices were not bad. You got a lot of food we could have shared. Also had a spicy but sweet Bloody Mary. We will go back. Service and food was great.

I love the waitstaff and cooks here! THEY are the best! :) They make great drinks and great food! I had a mushroom swiss burger basket with cottage cheese this last time I was there. Good stuff, but I've never eaten a bad meal here. :) It's a bit dark, so take off your sunglasses or you will trip. LOL. I like the atmosphere though, so I'm not complaining.

Joe & his staff went above & beyond today for a private party for my husband's "retirement". With approximately 100 people there, they were very attentive & timely in taking & delivering food & drink orders. I've always said that they have the best "bar food" in town & their burgers are phenomenal!!! Highly recommend!!!

I worked there in the 1970s. Russ Fyte owned it. His son in law Bob Lammers ran it. Piano bar with Alice. Dee Swank, Henry, Sybil, Oleen, Betty Diver. Smoky and a lot of alcohol. I treasure the experience.

Fast service......the food was very good. The burgers were done just right and the coney dog was good..... going to stop back soon
