The lobby needs to open! Not all transactions are easily done through the drive through. I spent 30 minutes in the drive through most with my window down on a 19 degree winter day.

The attitude we got when depositing a large check from a land sale was so bad my husband refuses to go back to the local branch. We have had nothing but good positive interactions for the past 7 yrs..so we know it was this new manager. We didn't look the typical big money. I had to call the 800 number to get someone who was pleasant and could answer my questions without giving me attitude. We were an inconvenience to this lady, if this was a first time coming into the branch it would have made us go to another bank completely. But thankfully we are moving closer to another branch.

I accompanied my grandmother to this bank to exchange some coins, and I was shocked by the lack of assistance we received. Despite the bank being empty and no other customers waiting, the staff member insisted on the need for a bank account to cash in a mere $30 worth of coins. This policy seemed not only unnecessary but also incredibly inconvenient. The disinterest and lack of helpfulness displayed by the staff member was disappointing, to say the least. It's disheartening when a business prioritizes policy over basic customer service, especially for the elderly.

I have recently opened an account here because I have moved here from SC to work for a Kalitta Air. It has so far taken them 10 days just to ship me the debit card and with what they told me earlier it will take another 10-13 days to receive it! Also my account was not active for days because of signatures they required but never informed me about! Now I am unable to get direct deposits from Kalitta when I have provided them with all info needed to do that.!
