Professional Valet Service LLC

Professional Valet is the perfect name for this company! I’ve parked my vehicle with them at several different locations now and I’m always treated like a VIP customer even though I don’t have a big fancy car.

If I could rate this company a 0 I would! I waited a little over an hour for my vehicle. Unfortunately this particular morning they were short staffed and many people were waiting 30+ minutes for their car. I was being patient since they were so short handed but once everyone else got their car before me I started to complain. The first excuse given was the valet driver put the ticket in his pocket and never pulled the keys. Once the keys were pulled they said the car wasn't put where the ticket number said it was put. Next we were told after the valet was gone for 10 minutes or so that our car was a red pilot and it said burgundy pilot...Ugh! My husband ended up walking to the parking structure to get the car himself!!! I DO NOT recommend valet with this company. I strongly suggest parking the car yourself when staying at the Doubletree Fort Shelby in Downtown Detroit.

If I could give these people a 0 I would. I dined in at Santorini restaurant a few months ago. I Used valet to park my brand new 2015 Audi A6. I pulled up in a brand new car with no damage and left with a HUGE dent in my rear bumper. I saw the damage as soon as valet pulled it up. They denied it of course. I reached out to the owner Nick Aubrey and he was just as ignorant and rude as his employees. Horrible customer service. Luckily I manage a car dealership and with all my connects was able to get the damage fixed for free. I didn't want to have to make a insurance claim and of course have my rates increase. A simple apology would have been nice. These people nor the ignorant owner Nick ever apologized and flat out lied about crashing my vehicle. Do not leave your car with these degenerates.

They lost part of my keys and never followed up with me. I walked into my vehicle after receiving my keys and immediately could see that my keys were all over my floor and that the key rings had been separated. I informed them that my house key was missing and ended up having to pay $115 in order to have a locksmith come out and let me into my house. They promised to call and have not followed up to do so. 1 star is too many in my opinion for this kind of service. I called to follow up and they haven't answered any of my calls lol. What kind of company doesn't answer the phone when you call? THE WORST KIND!

I used this valet at the Hilton Double Tree in downtown Detroit. I handed them the brand new electronic key fob for my car and received it broken off the chain and the key inside missing. Of course the management denied responsibility and it cost me $200!! Yet, they claim it must have fallen apart by itself. The car is brand new and the dealership says that never happens. Save yourself some time and money and avoid this company entirely.

Sent a text to retrieve vehicle (at Holiday inn express, Detroit) and received acknowledgement within a minute. Thirty minutes later, after personally going to the kiosk, my keys were finally removed from their storage hook. Took another 30 minutes to get the vehicle.

I had let them park my car in one of their lots and the driver put a dent in my car. I contacted them directly and they had me running around getting estimates, sending picture's, and getting a police report only to turn around and say their driver didn't do it. Now I'm suing them and paid to have them served via priority mail and they wouldn't sign for it.
