WOW!! Bestside is GREAT! Our first visit, and it wont be our last. Even with the 1 hour drive. Dill pickle wonton, really good. The Junkyard is killer, sooo tasty. Mushroom flatbread very good. Chili yummy. Our server was very friendly, informative and attentive. Thank you to everyone there. 😃💜

In the area for business and a local recommended it. My wife and I loved it! I would eat here a lot if I was local. Great service and food!

We got the pretzel bites, the hot chicken sandwich, and the Philly cheesesteak. Everything was absolutely amazing! 10/10 for EVERYTHING. And I don't say that lightly! Everything was cooked PERFECTLY and tasted so good! Service was quick and everyone in the restaurant was so kind. Maddie was our server and she was an A+ server! I highly recommend this place to everyone. Great location and stays nice and cool inside even on this 80 degree day!

Love this place! I went there for the first time last week. I wanted to try everything on the menu, it all sounded so good. I love that they make everything in-house. The food was excellent, the service was incredible, (they must love working there) and it has a nice atmosphere.

I went back again last night and was equally impressed. I think I found my new favorite spot!

Stopped by this place on a suggestion and ended up eating here 5 more times within 2 weeks. The food is great. My favorite has been the Cuban, but the wonton pickles and hash browns are must haves. The service has always been great. The atmosphere is average. The prices are fair. The only knock is the parking lot.

Open and simple layout with lots of TVs; everything else (decor /setup) is quite minimal. Service was good. **Any food we have ever tried has been top notch! Had the French onion soup & the dill pickle flatbread (as pictured); but have tried the tater tots, junk yard sandwich, cactus chili, cheeseburger salad, among many other items. [Soup was rich and flavorful. The flatbread was tasty and served with a nice dill ranch!] Prices are a little high for “bar food” and the area.

Cozy place, nice and open. Service is good, never had a bad experience with the service here. Food has always been good.

The food here was so good! I got the brisket dip with tots and both were fantastic. Everyone in our group really enjoyed their food. The service was friendly as well. We definitely plan on coming back!

Food was delicious! Both of us enjoyed our sandwiches and Bailey, our server, was fantastic! She mentioned it was her first solo shift and we wouldn't have guessed if she hadn't told us.

Great environment. Happened to be there when it wasn't busy. My one year old was restless (he's generally impatient), and our cheerful server checked on our order in the kitchen to speed up the kids' food, which was brought out first with my own order quickly behind it (all very fresh and perfectly prepared). The thoughtful gesture meant we enjoyed a nice meal with the relative peace of a baby happily munching. Great quality food, and great service.

MY NEW WEST SIDE FAVORITE! I had no idea this place was here! I only remember the old establishment. I had a Reuben with Tater Tots, because our server told me the Tots were made right there! They were both delicious!! My 1 friend ordered a Turkey Sandwich ( Not sure of the name) and Fries..both were delicious!! My other friend ordered the Nachos, a beautiful display! I also ordered the Dill Pickle Wontons! WOW!! We finished it off with a slice of Peanut Butter Pie to share... which is also, made by them. SOOO Good!
Our server Tommy was friendly as well as any other server that delivered anything to our table.

Great place to gather for a lovely dinner...say hello to Emily, she's a sweet server there, extremely personable and impeccable. Enjoyed the Cowboy burger with Applewood smoked 🥓 AND bacon sauce and inhouse created tater tots! The meal was delicious on pR with 5 star..

Stopped for my first time at "The Best Side" on Grand Rapids West Side for lunch today. My daughter found the place online, and I had business on that side of town.
Attractive decor, and amazingly welcoming service from Mark. He was as good a server as any I have yet to meet. Really knew his stuff and was a true pro in all his interactions.
My daughter tried the pulled pork french fries and I had the BBQ Chicken Flatbread. I can honestly say my order was probably the best BBQ pizza I've ever had anywhere! Homemade sauce with just the right amount of toppings and the best, sweetest flatbread crust I've ever tasted!
We can't wait to go back and take more friends and family there!

Went with a large group of 16 and there was another large group of 10+ and the ladies were so organized and attentive to making sure everything was right with our orders. The food was delicious. Great 1st impression I will definitely be back.

Just a great place not near a lot, but definitely worth the trip. The Mac n cheese with brisket was so delicious. Had to take half home though. I would have liked the brisket a bit thicker cut, but still good.

We came here for a birthday party. The food was fantastic, and our server was on top of our 11 person table. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting, they took a reservation, and were most accommodating! We enjoyed our time together and the meal! Thank you so much!

We went for HH and had the chicken nachos. For dinner, the pickle and bacon flatbread and omg, I can't recall what the husband had because I was loving the nachos so much! Real, grated cheese that was melted perfectly, the chips crisp and then. Topped with lime cilantro cream, oh yeah baby. You gotta try the. My flat bread was also cheesey and delicious I can't wait to go back. Service was friendly and timely.
