Family Fare Supermarket

This location is so neat and clean. The displays are pleasing to the eye. The meat department was especially well presented. This is a smaller store than most of the Family Fare locations and they make the most of it. I have never been so impressed with a place that is generally just a mundane stop. The management and employees at this store take pride in their product. I thoroughly enjoyed shopping here.

A bit disappointed in the cleanliness of this store. I’ve never paid a lot of attention as I’m usually in a hurry grocery shopping. But once you have to slow down and really pay attention, you’ll notice a lot of issues with the fruit and vegetables and definitely the meat. The vents are full of dirt and crumbs, there is blood and juice that has dried on the racks for who knows how long and with new on top. I am definitely paying a lot more attention to where I am going to grocery shop. The store was my original go to, now I’m a bit nervous to go there unless you have gloves on. If you have a weak stomach for certain things I would avoid looking at these pictures.

I dont typically shop at family fare however yesterday I went there so get one of your thanksgiving premade meals.

The lady who was working at the Deli on Thanksgiving 2023 is a rare find these days (Not going to publicly state her name for privacy but it starts with an L and ends with an e)

Excellent customer service, thank you so much!! You make me want to come back to family fare more often which is exactly how you should make a customer feel. Please if you are management and are reading this please reward this employee, thank you.

In addition the store has always been very clean everytime I've stopped in and the people at the customer service desk and usually quite nice (Did have one issue before with one man being rude)

I think my only complaint is your bottle room, please upgrade these machines, they are horrible.

This store is nicely set up and well stocked. We enjoyed just walking through it, although we managed to find a few groceries we could use.

Family fare is a great supermarket. I've always found what I need except for one occasion. The service is usually very good and the "yes" card program is really nice. It is the rewards card that they use but unlike a lot of grocery stores, it is super easy to sign up for and use. The savings that come with it are usually pretty significant. Family fare is always clean and easy to navigate. I'd highly recommend coming here for all of your needs.

The sales can't be beat and they offer great fuel savings with the 3 day sales and purchases over 50 to 100 dollars giving gas coupons from 50 to 75 cents off per gallon makes this an ideal store for economical savings all around!

Your deals on ribs were excellent and made our Christmas dinner possible.

Always clean and well stocked. The Family Fare "Our Family" brand, Mackinac Island Chocolate Fudge, light roast, ground coffee is awesome! I also appreciate the convenient Starbucks located within the store!

Super clean and the produce section is beautifully stocked.
It would be great to update the rewards program. I was surprised to be handed a piece of paper upon check out that required me to fill out and return on my next visit. It would be easier to issue a rewards card right then and there to customers like most places do.

Family Fare is known for having a clean environment, good quality food, and friendly staff. This location does not disappoint! It always seems like everything feels fresh this store and even customers seem nicer. You are not going to pay rock bottom prices but you usually get what you pay for. They have a nice deli, a wonderful Starbucks, and even a sushi bar!

Awesome deals with the Yes Reward card. Black berries and red raspberries were only 99¢. But 2 get one free 12 packs of soda.

Clean, well stocked, and great customer service. The ease of the aisle movement made us finding what we needed to be quick and simple. No clutter in the aisles, and everything was facing forward so it was very pleasing to the eye.

Update: you have learned well! Bought 'em out yesterday along with two other stories in the city but this location keeps the most in stocked. Only thing I buy here but thanks for keeping inventory for me!

The entire staff is nice and amazing. Watch out for Dave in the Fresh Divide. He will always say good morning to you :).

Great selection of items with some decent deals. Clean store with friendly service. Shelves are always stocked.

I spy... this store seems to always get flipped around, but the organization and cleanliness is superb. Customer service is always A+. Great for quick stop shopping trips. Free popcorn to keep the little ones entertained or even for yourself if you're feeling a snack attack. Prices and comparably low and deals are great! Handicap parking and entry available.

Great products but expensive. I like going to family fair because it's not so big and less crowds. Wish prices were not so high
