I had an outstanding experience with Theide Plumbing when they installed a new mini split in our apartment last October and it worked wonderfully through the winter and summer months. Their team was incredibly thorough, quick, respectful, and responsive throughout the process. Dave, the owner, demonstrated exceptional courtesy, and the technicians, Luis and Will, executed the job with precision. I highly recommend their services!

They did warranty-coverage replacement work on our water heater which started to leak earlier this week.
After negotiating the price and scheduling the work, their team of technicians arrived on time and finished the job in < 2 hours, and the result was good.

I had a small job… garbage disposal replacement/kitchen sink leaking. I live in worcester. NO ONE bc in worcester was calling me back. I had NO kitchen sink for 3 weeks. Talking to a friend about it, she recommended Theide. They came out within a few days… replaced the disposal. Took them about 45 minutes.. would have taken me 2 days!! (With A LOT of adult beverages ) . My house was a disaster … but the two men were professional and completed the job. Cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant. From calling to make the appointment… (she didn’t make me feel incompetent with explaining plumbing issues) to sending pictures of the issue and having them come all the way to Worcester… this company was great to work with.

We have used Theide Plumping several times for both major and minor projects - installing a dishwasher, hooking up our fridge for water through the door, replacing all the very old copper piping throughout the house with Pex piping, and lastly running new septic pipes through the foundation and tying it into our new septic system. Each and every time they have been incredibly responsive, returning calls the same day. Their quotes have been bang on, their workers professional and easy to deal with - even when working with other contractors who were far from cooperative and polite. They are our go to plumber, and we would recommend then to anyone looking for a company with a wide range of expertise.

I would recommend this company to all family and friends. I called late on Thursday and left a message that we had some issues with our water heater. Dave called back 5 minutes later and after talking gave us a quote for a new water heater. He had the water heater Friday AM and called with an ETA. Chris came right on time and got the job done. The price was as quoted.

Being in the service industry I can be quite critical of poor service. The service we received was by far the best customer service I have experienced in years. Both Dave and Chris were polite, professional, pleasant and even joked with us.

Theide Plumbing works with my home warranty company. They came out on a Saturday and fixed our issue. They were right on time and worked quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them.

The first company we called tried to sell us for over $1000, so we called these folks for a second opinion. Theide showed up with short notice, early, prepared, and fixed our problem affordably. It was obvious these folks knew what they were doing and have helped us previously with our dishwasher too. I would recommend them absolutely! They even showed me how to fix the problem if it happens again.

They came in and fixed our heating on a 2 degree day in 15 minutes, whereas their competitor would have charged us over $1200 attempting to fix a problem we didn't have. It paid to have someone with knowledge of even older homes.

Theide Plumbing did the work when they said they would but they left my brand new carpets in an absolute mess by walking on them with muddy boots and when I told them they did not seem to care.
