I've purchased Block of the Month from Cotton Patch several years ago and had no issues. Great website with lots of choices. However recently I ordered 4 BOMs from them and the experience has been horrible. First the didn't give me the discount I was supposed to get which I was refunded after 3 phone calls. Second I was horribly disappointed in the fabrics of one of them. The description did not address the fabric line to be used so I will make sure I know what fabrics will be sent before ordering. Third the cost was taken from my account almost 3 weeks before I received anything. When you call you almost always have to leave a message. They did return my calls and my email. They were extremely friendly and cooperative which I appreciated. Fourth the wool provided in one of the BOMs was dull and not even the same colors as pictured. Very disappointing. Fifth I received my 2nd package on 5/24. My account was debited on 5/9. That is unacceptable. When my account is debited it should be mailed no later than the following day. Sixth. This package included one BOM that was not shipped previously because they were waiting on the pattern. Guess what? I got the wool but no pattern! So I've been calling the toll free number for 3 hours and can't get through. Using my landline I get a message that the call didn't go through and to try again. When I use my cell phone I get a busy signal. I even tried the number through the Google page and get a busy signal. I am so frustrated! They have so many BOMs is like to do but I'm not sure I'll trust ordering from them again.

I was in a block of the month. It was beyond frustrating trying to get enough fabric to complete my blocks each month. The fabric was cut unevenly and in such small pieces. I got less than half a yard each month but was charged for a lot more! Poor customer service and poor value for your money.

Communication is lacking at best, customer service is dismal. I think they have too much going on to pay attention to their customers, especially for any online activity. Disappointed that they could not get it together.

I was very disappointed that it states open for in store shopping on this site and it's NOT open.
