Great job by the host Tiffany during our dinner and bourbon tasting on 2/21. The bourbon selection was premium and the food was also well prepared. If I had any nitpicky feedback it would be for these events to have glassware for dinner. It would have made the whole thing feel much more gourmet/premium.

I joined this facility almost a year ago now - I was looking for a gym with a diverse selection of equipment, they have many great options for every muscle group, both free weights and machines. My personal favorites are the hack squat and v squat! There’s a women only section for those that would feel more comfortable in a private environment. The staff and trainers are all very welcoming and happy to answer any questions you may have. I look forward to all of my workouts here :)

Love the environment! Very friendly staff and trainers! The equipment is well kept and great for any goals you may have! Super affordable for what they have to offer. Love that it's open 24/7 every day of the year!

Love the gym! Staff is always friendly, upbeat and helpful! Enjoy working out here, clean, plenty of equipment and space to workout without feeling crowded. Enjoy the options for protein shakes, too!

I have had nothing but Great things About the Family fitness on 4 mile> A great Buzz of fitness in the air when you come in greeting and the equipment is outstanding after a 30 minute orientation, I was ready to go.

I really love this gym, friendly staff, tons of weights, machines and cardio. All different fitness levels, and everyone is friendly!

Almost a year ago when I signed up for this gym and I have nothing but positive things to say. love the energy I get walking In, it provides a safe, functional, and comfortable workout environment, and creates a pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere for recreation and socialization but, most importantly and what I love the most is the staff. They are very good people who love their job, take it seriously, extremely helpful and have always behaved very well and professional. I am super happy here and I don't think about switching gyms for a long time. Thank you Family Fitness!!!

I happened to be back in town for a week and was able to use the 7-day free pass at this location. I really enjoyed my time here and the staff was so friendly each time I came in. I would definitely recommend a membership here to anyone who lives in the area.

Joined here a few months ago and can say this is the best gym I have worked out at! They have every type of equipment from weight machines, cardio, stretching, and etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is overall a 10/10. Would recommend this gym to anyone looking to make a switch!

Awesome gym! Staff is extremely friendly, a lot of space so it never feels too crowded, and great equipment for all your workout needs. I would recommend this gym to anyone in the area looking for a solid gym at a solid price!

This is one of the best gyms I've been to! The equipment is a mix between old school and new school and really just an all around great place if your trying to build yourself! From the family fitness staff to the trainers everyone has a great attitude in a very cool environment. I'm glad to be part of this experience so come on in and join! Low prices, great equipment, and awesome people! AND they host amazing classes which are great for multiple ages!

If I could rate this gym 6 stars I really would. Kaity, Shawn, and Ted made every time I came in feel like home. Great atmosphere, attentive staff, good equipment and clean environment. Couldn’t have asked for a better gym!

The Staff at Family Fitness is very Friendly and very Helpful. 24 Hour access is great for those early/late workouts. They have some of the best personal trainers in West Michigan.(Chris,Chad Keisha, and Tad are just a few of the great trainers here) I personally have Tad as my trainer and have had my BEST results yet. This is the biggest ACTUAL gym in the area! They have great equipment and an awesome staff! I always see Jason at the front and he is great at figuring out classes/ personal trainers that are right for you to better your lifestyle. Keisha is my personal trainer and she is great! She set up a great plan to meet my goals and is on top of her scheduling to always makes time to meet when we need to. Between the staff and the equipment and the size of the place it would be hard to go anywhere else!

I highly recommend Family Fitness to anyone and everyone who is looking to get a gym membership. In addition to having an extremely large variety of workout equipment, 24 unlimited access, and free tanning, the staff is phenomenal. Jason was extremely helpful. He was very welcoming and made sure to help me figure out a plan that worked for me. I honestly couldn't be happier with my new membership and I'm so glad to be part of such an awesome facility.

My absolute favorite gym in the area. I have been here for over 4 years and couldn't be happier. Our staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Our trainers get our clients some of the best results I've seen. It is a family friendly environment but has all the equipment you need as a serious athlete. There have been so many updates in the last 6 months and our members are super excited about them. Give us a call or stop in see us. Family Fitness has an awesome staff. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The gym is always clean and equipped with towels for during your workout as well as for showering. The trainers are pretty awesome as well. If it wasn't for Keisha, I wouldn't be losing the weight and toning up the places I want to tone. I encourage everyone to check out the family fitness on Alpine in Grand Rapids!

I always feel very welcome when I am here due to the friendly staff and members. The gym is huge, and I feel like I have my own space to workout. The cleaning staff does an amazing job keeping things clean as well. Overall this gym is a great environment and I highly recommend checking it out!
