B.C. PIZZA GRAND RAPIDS

Came in and the whole staff went immediately into customer mode, stopping the vacuuming despite my saying to not worry about it and "get ya stuff done!"
The food is, as always, B.est C.hoice for Pizza and the staff and atmosphere are top notch!!

I came in Saturday night to get a pizza. The manager, Jessie? I think her name was? Was absolutely amazing! I have never met someone so nice in my life. She explained she was there celebrating her birthday and she made sure my order was perfect. she was still in the back making pizzas and service customers during her birthday dinner! I have never seen someone so dedicated to their job. If I could rate 10 stars I would! This place is awesome!!

I was presented with a hello the moment I walked in and greeted nicely when I left! Very great customer service from Jessi ...thankyou I don't often get treated with respect! I also would say this is a great place to eat for keto lovers .... because they had cauliflower crust ... it taste amazing and I thankyou for the coupon!

Great pizza, hot wings, fast service I was given the wrong salad but it was still really good.👍

I absolutely love the pizza and quiet atmosphere. Even better than the pizza is the service given by the pretty young lady at the register. She's always smiling and makes me feel welcomed. That definitely helps me get through the rest of my day.

We had the lunch buffet and it was really good and it was not busy at all.

Fast and friendly service, called at 7:45pm not realizing they closed at 8pm, the kiddo that answered the phone nicely informed me of that and still pushed my order threw😁 these were the best pep spirals I've had in awhile and I make them for a living 💀😅

Only issue we had with our food was the availability of items and the wait time but I completely understood them waiting for us to get there to confirm a substituted option was okay. I've always preferred this B.C. Pizza location over the others I have visited, the staff is super friendly too!

Great, fast, and friendly service. The women who took our order was fantastic and her recommendation, the chicken cordon Blu, was fantastic. Highly recommended 10/10.

The pizza has always been delivered hot and the delivery person is always pleasant and courteous especially the last one.

Please do not overlook this place. When I first this pizza I knew I would never order from another pizza parlor again and I never have. This is by far the most exquisitely delicious pizza I have ever had and every time it blows my mind. I want to eat the whole pizza in one sitting but am so excited when I realize I have more in the fridge. Never have I ever indulged in such an extraordinarily phenomenal pizza slice in my life. The crust is made by God himself!

Called at 9:24 for a delivery order. Knew it was close to closing time but Jacob was so incredibly nice. The delivery got a little messed up due to my complicated address. The delivery driver called (didn’t catch his name) and we got things squared away. End result was fantastic customer service, delivery driver was so apologetic not that it was his fault and the food was amazing and I called in an extra tip for these two kids. Great job!!

Hunter and the manager are absolute dears! Pizza always good but those two went out of there way to help me really appreciate people like that!

I order from this place often and with good reason. I love the quick, professional service with excellent quality ingrediants all of this is very inportant in the restaurant biz. I highly recommend the chicken cordon bleu pizza, the mac & cheese pizza, and the buffalo chicken pizza. I have not had any mess ups or disappointments from this place. Keep up the good work B.C. I will be looking forward to my next pizza from you soon.

We're from out of town and decided to stop here for supper. So glad we did! Awesome pizza, breadsticks, cinnamon sticks and wings! Great daily specials. Employees were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stop here again when we're back in town.

When I got home and opened the bag there wete free brownie bites. With a thank you note. IF YOU DON'T GET FREE ONES, BUY SOME. They were the best brownies I had ever eaten. Oh the pizza was good as well.

It's been 7 years since I last had pizza from this small town chain, and it was a good as I remember.
This is not your cookie-cutter try-to-imitate pizza. It's a different style all together. The tomato sauce has a sweet vibe-ripened taste, the mozzarella is the real thing too. If you don't bite hard enough get ready for all the toppings to come your way. And the crust. Outstanding. It has what reminds me of a soft pretzel trxture to it.
Again, this is a completely different pie. Sure you can get others for a little less. Try it. It may not be your style but you also may find a new favorite.

With the new restrictions we’ve been trying to support as many local eateries. I saw a mailer for B.C. and recommended we try it. We started with pizza and breadsticks, two XLs and one order of breadsticks for family of four. It was the right amount of pizza and a tiny bit short on breadsticks, so probably two orders next time.

Pros - pizza was evenly cooked to my liking (no white cheese), good crust (just chewy enough), my wife really liked the sauce (the right amount of acidic and sweet), toppings were balanced (not to much to make it greasy), and the bottom wasn’t soggy.

Cons - if I’m being picky (and I am) the amount of breadsticks in an order is small. The dipping sauce amount is small too.

We ordered curbside and picked up and that was easy and efficient. As far as pizza is concerned this ranks near the top for great pizza that I’ve had in recent memory. I wish I would have found sooner... and it’s pretty close by.

They have my favorite pizza. Every time I visit Michigan i am trying to get my fav.
