I had a great experience shopping for running shoes here! I was having a hard time finding running shoes that worked for me, and after a short wait, was able to work with Kayla. Kayla was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She was kind, understanding, and made every customer feel valued. I will definitely be back the next time I need running shoes!

Recently went in to the Holland store looking for a new pair of running shoes and the staff was very helpful. Nate was super patient and offered great insight into the shoes that were available and also provided recommendations based on what I wanted. Very happy with my experience and purchase.

Stopped in for shoes today unsure of what I wanted or needed to help with my heel and foot pain. Encountered Evan and I have to say he was amazing and worth every penny I paid for shoes today. He was more than kind and helpful as I tried 20 or so pairs of shoes. Great return policy should I need it and great products! I will be back to shop with Evan again!

How is a great place to go for running/hiking shoes. They have a great variety of well reviewed brands. Their staff is always extremely helpful in making sure that you are taking the right shoe home with you. They also have a variety of clothes, socks, and other accessories for avid runners/walkers/hikers.

Great products and a friendly staff. Highly recommend. 🙂

Max VanGrouw was the kindest and most helpful employee i've met there. He was extremely informative as to what shoes i could get and somehow i ended up spending 300 dollars LOL. Wonderful service, will be coming back soon.

Great store with a fantastic wide selection of running gear! Just one recommendation to the owner! Buy/create more Gazelle branded retail items. I went in with the intention of buying a Gazelle logoed shirt, but was the store was lacking in various colors, designs and sizes. I ended up leaving with several Rabbit clothing items because of your wide selection of their product. I was not disappointed as Rabbit is a great brand, but your missing an opportunity to further spread your brand and maximize profit if you have the right partner! You have a beautifully designed logo, find more ways to share it with the world!

Staff was super helpful, patient, and personable. They have a neat program that analyzes your walk so they can make the best recommendation for shoes that will support your feet. I also appreciated that they let me run out on the sidewalk to get a feel for the shoes I tried on. I'll definitely be back!

They do an awesome job fitting you for thr right shoes. Checking gate and making sure you get thr right fit. Worth every penny.

Nice friendly people! They will let you go outside and run around in new shoes to try them out. They also have a good return policy. I would recommend any new runner needing to find the right shoes to check them out!

Aaron is extremely knowledgeable of the products they sell. He does not pressure you or push you to a higher end product just to make a commission. He is much more focused in making sure you leave happy. He listens to your needs and wants then works with you toward achieving those goals. I will be back.

The manager was extremely accommodating and understanding when I had an issue with a pair of shoes I purchased. They worked with me to get a better pair. This is something that wouldn't have happen at a larger, non-local store. This experience bought my business.
