Very clean mechanic, always wears latex gloves when working on your car and is very thorough and professional. Trustworthy in all aspects and very knowledgeable. Do not make the mistake of trusting dealerships and scam shops around the metro, Pat does not need to rip people off to cover outrageous overhead. Ask him anything and he will lead you in the right direction.

Pat at DG Automotive helped me big time last year (August 2013) with an engine rebuild for my 08 Subaru STI. I had a tight timeline and several custom and aftermarket parts involved in the rebuild. Despite the challenge, Pat was extremely helpful with not only understanding my needs for the rebuild, but also keeping me informed throughout the rebuild process. Every time that I visited the shop, everything was always clean and organized. His pricing was very fair and competitive as well. It has now been almost a year since the engine rebuild, and my STI is still running strong. Thanks again Pat! I can easily recommend your shop to my friends and family!

Absolute gem of a mechanic. Super competitively priced, doesn't try to up-sell you, and if something unexpected comes up, he makes it right. You will need to schedule an appointment to have your car serviced, though, but his time estimates are bang on, and it's a local business worth supporting.

Very fair pricing, honest and no BS! As a woman sometimes it's next to impossible to deal with shops without feeling like I'm being ripped off. Or initially getting a quote and while your car is torn apart suddenly a $700 quote turns into $3k. Not these guys! Will definitely be back and am elated I've finally found a mechanic I can trust!

After shopping around for service quotes, I found DG through word of mouth. Do yourself a favor and skip the big business guys that over charge with corporate rates and high hourly labor costs. Family owned, prices are right, flexible drop offs, and top notch customer service. He even showed me the old parts he replaced (total transparency). I will be coming back for all future maintenance when needed.

Finally, a professional mechanic who is passionate about his craft! This guy finds the problem and fixes it CORRECTLY. Extremely fair pricing, explains things that the average Joe (or Jill) can understand, and is just a downright good dude. Car problems suck, Pat just makes it easier to deal with!

Pat is not only very knowledgeable among import and domestic vehicles, but he was very honest and shows much integrity. His pride shows in his work. I appreciate your help with my wife's Explorer Sport.
