Skylar (not sure spelling) is the best Verizon rep I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with in my entire time with Verizon!! If you need anything Verizon related this is the place and he is absolutely the best recommendation in my opinion!! As long as I live here this will be the location I frequent.

I have always received such great service at this location! Be sure to ask for Darla. She is a GODDESS of the information superhighway and always provides such amazing and professional service. It's so obvious that she cares about her customers and strives to ensure they receive the best service possible! Russell Cellular is so lucky to have her as an employee and we as customers are so lucky to have her as our go-to expert on all things wireless! Thank you , Darla!

Destiny was working alone till 12. I had 3 kids with me and she made sure to make me feel comfortable with them being kids! Lol she was so kind and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend going into this store!! So glad I switched to Verizon and had Destiny help me. The change was so fast and easy!

I came from Nashville TN to upgrade my phone here because of past experiences I have had here and usually a low wait time. Always reliable and trustworthy service. Derrick is very knowledgeable and all the staff was really nice. 10/10 recommend this store.

My screen went black and couldn't be fixed so I called the store and Derek answered all my questions. I came in later that day and Will was there. We figured out what would be the best for me. I didn't want to lose my pictures and he was able to start a backup on it with only using 1/3 of the screen. He told me to come back the next day since it was backing up over 1,000 pictures. When I came back Sean took care of getting me set up on my new Galaxy S20+. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all the questions I had. I was on a time crunch and he made sure to streamline the process for me so I could get out in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them for your Verizon needs! I will be going there from now on!

Derek is the saleperson who sold me my S20 I have appreciated its durability and ease of use since buying it last year. Its a tough phone but it is also fast and has great computing power. The ten foot drop has saved it more times than I can count and the screen has never scratched. I took the protector off because the phone screens better. Well back to Russell. I've always had an easy time with all the staff they talk to you and treat you with respect. There's never a long wait and they have great accessories. All in all A great store. Im coming up on my next prepaid discount soon, ill be down to 35$ per month. Can't really beat that.

I thought he did a really good job helping us, and he was extremely polite and awesome to talk to. Very accommodating and a very rare customer service worker to find. Had it my way if only deal with him.

The staff is so nice and helpful with any questions you may have. They even meet you at the door. I will recommend anyone to come to this location never busy at all. Darien assisted me with my purchase and I was very satisfied with the product.

Walked in on a busy Saturday and Desirae greeted me and sat me down and went over options. Once I figured out the way to go she set everything up for me and took great care of me. I went in to get an upgrade on my phone since I had the iPhone 7 and it wasn’t working as well as it used to. I was helped by Nicole H and she was awesome! Fast service and she was hilarious/easy to chat with.

Person was very helpful and friendly. Communicative and even didn't charge me for testing a solution from Verizon. Had to drive over from the corporate store in Fairview Heights because the corporate store wasn't stocked with what I needed. 10/10 would come back.

Darien was absolutely phenomenal. So much that Wednesday my wife and I are going back to switch her provider and buy a new phone.
Darien listend to me and answered all my questions.
Based on my needs he guided me to the right phone and package, with complete knowledge of the products.
Absolutely no pressure.

William at the Russell Verizon site was extremely helpful and patient.
My phone crashed.
Upon entering the store he greeted me with kindness and understanding and even though I was in full panic mode because of my phone crashing at the most crucial moment he dispalyed and exemplorated the utmost and textbook example of professionalism and compassion.
I simply cannot express how much this meant to me as a long time and valued customer!!!
He is the true definition of the term "Customer Service"!!!

Today we switched to Verizon, we were apprehensive at first, but Johnny was very informative & welcoming, he made us feel comfortable & the transition was smooth. We highly recommend this location.
