I have been super impressed with the customer service I have received the last couple of times I have gone into this particular Cato’s store. There have been times in the past, however, I was convinced I would not be returning. Local management (Sonya)and fellow employees have done a tremendous job of ensuring that one’s shopping experience at this Cato location is top notch! Thank you for making us, the customer, feel welcome and special without being overbearing!! 😊♥

I spent some quality time yesterday at Cato's. Usually, I get frustrated when I go clothes shopping, but not this time! I appreciate Sonya for investing so much time and energy into helping me! That is something that just doesn't happen in stores anymore! She sensed I needed help and asked if I would like for her to put some outfits together for me to try on. This was great! Then all I had to do was try them on and decide what I liked. She has been blessed with an eye for fashion and heart of compassion! Thank you for sharing it with me, Sonya! My husband loved the outfit and jewelry! I'm looking forward to going out this weekend, having a good time, and feeling good about myself! Thank you, again, Sonya!

OMG! Sonya is the best! She was so friendly, quick, and efficient. I was standing there scratching my head because I couldn't find what I was looking for. It took her two point two seconds to size me up and pull some Items from the rack. The jeans were a perfect fit. Thanks Sonya!! 👖👖👖😀😀😀

Always love coming in to see what is new. That have some fab patriotic fashions in right now! The staff is very welcoming and helpful and sales rack is always full of amazing finds too.

I bought 4 complete outfits including the jewelry to match for 150 dollars . Great quality at awesome prices. Wish I one in Pennsylvania.
