Awesome walking distance to
Town, workout facility here on site 24/7, great apartment manager (Jeremy), clean apartments, nice balcony @ the grandchildren love the play set & the big fenced yard out back. There is also a place to lock up n park bikes, I’ve seen kayak’s allowed on first floor balcony’s. The park on Carney drive is biking distance for children of all ages to go to. They love that park.
We’re only temp stay here at Gray Apartments, while renovation is going on in our home.
My wife & I are content at the apartments. It’s our very first apartment & we are in our sixties. It was a good experience.
Also, All age groups live here as well.
I believe the apartment can come furnished as well. Gray Apartments, Thank you for making our stay comfortable. Added note- see photo “Deer go by the apartments in the evenings & early morning.”

A newer apartment complex in St Clair. It consists of 3 large buildings with 36 (?) apartments each.

I've visited here several times. It's always clean and quiet.

Management is not only professional, but friendly as well! If I were looking for a place to live this would be my one and only stop.

Jeremy was extremely helpful. Actually he was wonderful! My husand and I were worried that we may run into an issue due to our age. We are both seniors. Nope, not an issue. Treated us like any other person looking to rent an apartment.

My maintenance issues were addressed immediately.

Absolutely love my home here. Jeremy is more than helpful and really takes his time to make sure tenants are happy, heard and feel secure!

The move in process was very smooth. No issues at all. Sarah was excellent at the leasing office! Very pleased with the new apartment!!

This is one of the nicest apartment complexes in the county! Very professional staff, extremely courteous and conscientious of each residence needs.

it was super easy to put in a request and have them look at it. I put in the request and I think within 24 hr there was someone here to fix it.
