Dr. Frederichs and his staff are the best! He was my dentist for over 20 years. I recently moved and can't find anyone close to his kind and caring manner. His office is cozy and comfortable. My hygienist, Nicki, also is very gentle and thorough. I highly recommend his practice to everyone. From the front door till you leave, you are treated with the utmost care. I miss them all so much!

Dr. Friederichs was my dentist while living in St. Clair. Now living out of state we haven't really found a dentist we are completely happy with so we've decided to see him again on our trip home. I'm looking forward to it. I don't think a drill was ever necessary for various work I had done as he used a pumas blaster instead which made cavity repair a whole lot more comfortable.

I've been seeing Dr. Friederichs for over 10 years. Even though I've moved out of the area, I still take a day off of work and drive about an hour to come back to his clinic twice a year. In my experience, the staff have all been very kind and professional to myself and all the patients I've observed. They are also quite prompt and get to know their patients well. Dr. Friederichs is not one to recommend unnecessary work, and when I've needed a filling or something similar, I've been very happy with the result.

Great dentist and great staff!

I am Self Employed but was suppossed to have Insurance thru Signa, there was a mix up and I could not be found in their records, the receptionist Melisa, shoved the clipboard back at me saying, we do not see new patients without insurance. Melisa was very rude, so I asked to speak to the manager, and she said she was the manager. I then asked to speak to the Dentist, and when she knew I wasn't leaving she went back and got him, the first thing Dr. Frederick's said to me is I am not seeing you a patient. I said fine, but I would like to make a complaint, about your staff, and I explained that I was in a lot of pain, and Melisa started interrupting me, and even, Dr. Frederick's motioned was her not to interrupt. And then I told him that he had the chance to fix this before I gave my review, and he asked me to leave which I did. Melisa said something to me as I was leaving, but I couldn't hear what it was
