Arnold's of Mankato

I'm not a farmer, and i do not own a tractor. I'm an auto mechanic by trade and needed a large awkward automobile part pressed apart that would not fit in any standard hydraulic shop press. After exhausting all of my options and calling or visiting anyone else in the area in search of someone that could do the job, I called the folks at Arnold's implement. It was 4 o clock on a Friday and they were very professional on the phone, and he was very willing to help me out.l yet that day. Many places aren't even interested in doing something that's not part of their everyday routine. After arriving they got to it immediately which was relieving. I most certainly paid good money for them to do it, but I cannot complain because they were my last resort. The only thing that confused me was the sales tax on the labor.. As there was no parts involved..and in Minnesota you do not pay tax on labor as far as I know. I just chalked it up as an accident due to the always nature of billing out a job that is not in their system. Will definitely use then when I need them again.

I bought a Kubota skid steer somewhere else and came here to get a few things for it. I strongly regretted where I purchased from after feeling like the most important person in the store when I was just buying $100 worth of stuff. At Lano I spent $50k and didn't feel NEARLY as appreciated as I did here spending $100! That is crazy!!

Christian Engebretson was extremely professional and helpful. Not only was he knowledgeable and helped guide us to the product that would work best for us, he wasn't aggressive or pushy during the sales process. Extremely happy with our choice to use Arnolds. We'll be coming back to them for our future ag needs.
