Nautical Beach Properties

This is the third time my husband and I stayed at the Nautical Motel for our anniversary. The morning we were supposed to check in, I double checked the reservation I had made 6 months prior, only to learn I booked the room for the wrong night. I called the hotel in a panic to see if they could accommodate us a day early instead. Not only did they accommodate us, but they gave us a newly renovated room and allowed us to check in early! They easily could have charged me an additional night's stay because it was my error, but they were so kind and understanding and willing to help. The location is perfect, rooms are clean and the staff are extremely friendly. We will definitely be back next year

We stayed at the Motel for a weekend getaway this week, and we were skeptical when we first rented it out because of some of the reviews. But as soon as we got inside we were very impressed with how clean the room was. There was a good refrigerator and a good kitchen.

The staff were great and very friendly. We arrived early but a very nice lady greeted us and let us have an Early check in. Also we had a problem with the shower being clogged and after I let them know we went to grab something to eat and it was already fixed by the time we came back.

The location is also very convenient, beach is at a 2 minute walk. Unfortunately our trip was cut short because of personal reasons but if we come back to Hampton we’re definitely staying at Nautical again!

We stayed at the motel from 7/1-7/4, great place to stay, we stayed here b4 and will come back again. Rooms are clean, reasonably priced, comfortable, convenient and within walking distance to everything. Only place we ever stayed that has a full size refrigerator and big tub and shower, nice little mini kitchen. Owners are super nice and helpful and hard workers,
Igor is the man! So much to do in the area, Wally's biker bar across the street, has live entertainment and good food cheap. L Street Tavern around the corner is a must go to!

The location is perfect! Walking distance to restaurants/bars, boardwalk and the beach. The staff were super sweet and even went home to get me and my guest beach towels because we were traveling from out of state. Covered parking available on site. No elevator. Room has kitchen with sink, fridge, microwave. They are currently updating their rooms, which will make it five starts all around once complete.

Igor was absolutely amazing. He was right there to greet us when we first arrived and warmly welcomed us. He was very helpful and lighthearted, showing us personally to our room and made sure we got in ok. The room was very clean and comfortable and for the price and location you just can’t beat it! Igor was more than willing to answer all the questions we had and is truly a good person. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. This place is highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in the Hampton beach area

I have stayed with nautical many many times now I have always stayed at the motel part but this year I decided to do a beach house and it was amazing just like the motel if you need anything you can still call them and they will bring it to you towels, toilet paper, anything you need they will get it for you. They are very clean I saw a few reviews about "bed bugs and bugs" I have never in the many years of staying with nautical ever seen any bugs at all. It is very clean and all the workers are incredible. Sue runs many great properties anything you need you can tell them and they will get it for you. Igor is also one of the most friendliest person I've encountered in my life and always has a smile on his face. This is truly an amazing establishment, and I wont stay anywhere else I stayed at one place because they were booked and I told my self I would never do that again. If you want to feel like your on vacation and never have a hard time stay here !

Had a great stay at Nautical. The rooms were clean and up to date and everyone there was very friendly. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend and stay again.

Weekend getaway was just what we needed. Clean room, very comfortable bed, house size fridge, nice big tv, hot water with awesome pressure, kind staff, and Wally's next door is very convenient if you want to have some nighttime fun! We will definitely be back!!

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I was always greeted with a smile. Great location, close to everything... including Cristy’s Pizza (my favorite)!! My room was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be booking again soon!

Me and my fiancé and 3 kids enjoyed our stay. It’s super convenient close to everything. The people who worked in the office were super nice! made us feel welcomed when we checked in and out. We loved it so much we booked again for a longer stay next month. I will be recommending nautical motel and suites to our family and friends.

Our rental was perfectly located for convenience to the beach and boardwalk. The inside was very clean and kept, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. Anytime a call was placed, Egor answered immediately. I never got a machine or voice recording. Having an extra car I was worried about parking, but was accommodated with a spot close by our rental. We’ve been traveling to Hampton since we were kids, and now bring our kids and grandson….and we will always book our family trips now with Nautical.

Fantastic! Definitely recommend. Very clean and Igor is fantastic! He was so accommodating and so kind. Just unbelievably kind! He was amazing! Highly highly recommend! Quick to respond with everything. Even new towels were left while we were at the beach!!! It’s like having hotel service but in our own house!

Great location and property. My friends and I are returning customers and are always very satisfied with our stay. Our house (1 M Street) is right near the beach and you get a great view from the balcony. 100% recommend doing business with Nautical Beach Properties.

We are a blended family of 7; with children ranging from 1 up to 17. We stayed at the 4 BR home at 16M St and can't say enough wonderful things about it. We stayed for a week and there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out. Amenities worked perfectly and anything we ever needed, the staff was more than willing to help us out anytime day or night. Nick, Sue, Igor and Tiana were very patient with us!! As well as always accommodating, pleasant and flexible. Igor's late night presence when the area's night spots closed was undoubtedly noted as he maintained "quiet time" for all the family's in the neighborhood. Furthermore, when I forgot my pillow after check out they very kindly saved it for me. That is above and beyond!! We'll definitely be staying there again!! Thanks Everybody!

I just got back from a week stay at nautical making it our third summer staying with them. The new management is great! Sue is so kind and willing to help with anything. Such a convenient location! The house was clean and came with everything that was in the room description. Definitely recommend to anyone staying at the beach! In my opinion, it’s the most affordable at Hampton beach.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Hampton! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and manager and we were upgraded to a beach house. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. We had two great evenings here. The location is very close to the beach which obviously also added up to the experience.

The staff was super friendly and was pretty much always there if you needed room service or help. It is literally right next to the beach and is probably like a two minute walk. Honestly for how close it is to the beach and how nice the staff is I don’t think you could go wrong with this motel especially because it wasn’t at all that expensive considering it’s location and service.

Booked a room for the 4th of July holiday at an unbeatable price. I was somewhat sceptical about the quality since the price was so low but was surprisingly blown away by the amazing deal I had gotten. Upon check-in I discovered my reservation was for the deluxe king apartment that was huge in size and pleasantly clean and modern. Everything worked as it should and fit our family of 5 with room to spare. I look forward to renting the apartment yearly and may even stop by a few times in between. The new management has done an amazing job with the upkeep of the properties and the prices are truly some of the best in the area. I can guarantee if you give them a try you will not be disappointed!!!

We had problems booking anything over the phone and we showed up and most places had no vacancies, Staff is family run and very accommodating. I am very thankful for finding this group. I have a special needs daughter and they absolutely helped us with a cute duplex close to everything. They have accomodations that can meet almost any needs, from houses to cottages apartments even just a room if need be. I highly recommend contacting Nautical for your visit to Hampton beach.

My boyfriend surprised me for our 7 year anniversary and took us to Hampton Beach for one night. We absolutely loved it here! We enjoyed our stay so much we booked a second night! The staff is very friendly and accommodating! We stayed in the same place 2 years ago and we will most definitely be back! Great location a block from the beach and goodbars and restaurants! Can’t wait to come back!
