PB's Auto Village

Bought my replacement 2017 Chevy Malibu Hybrid from PB Auto Village this week! My previous car was exactly the same (unfortunately it was totalled) and the only difference was this car is a Hybrid. Brian worked with me to get the car ready to drive. He cleaned it very good and also was able to put me in a vehicle while my vehicle was being prepared for me. I can't say enough about the excellent service that I was provided by Brian and his team. I will be going back for all of my routine service and he stands behind all of his cars. Thank You so much for everything Brian and all of your employees. I am very happy with my Malibu!

Brian is amazing! He’s very helpful and will take as much time as necessary to talk things through and make sure everything is settled. I bought our first car from PB's auto village nearly 7 years ago. My credit back then was absolutely awful but PB's walked me through the process of buying my first car (super exciting!) and also found someone to finance me. They even helped me find an auto insurance company.

Yesterday, my husband and I bought our second car from PB's Auto Village. We were out near the coast that Sunday and just decided to swing in to PB's on a whim to see what they had. We had been "lightly" car shopping for a few months but hadn't found something that got us excited.

When we "swung in on a whim," however, we found a Jeep that was absolutely perfect. It was a Sunday. Banks were closed, but that didn't stop Brian from helping us get started. Just like our previous experience, he helped us get financed at an incredible rate and had us in the car of our dreams on Wednesday.

This is a fantastic place to buy a car. PB's Auto Village offers something for everyone's budget - from value-priced vehicles for your teenager to an occasional Hyundai Genesis coupe for those of us who want a luxury vehicle for fun. Furthermore, from my experience, I know I can trust the cars I buy from them. They're quality used vehicles that I can trust.

This dealership is nearly 2 hours away from my home but I assure you that, in a few more years, we will certainly go out of our way yet again to check their stock before we buy from anyone else. We're repeat customers and you should be too. Just ask for Brian.

I had a great experience at PB's Auto Village. I worked directly with Rob, he was very straightforward and honest during my purchase experience. Better than that, he was very communicative in the whole process via call and text. The team did a great job at cleaning my vehicle up for delivery. These guys are top notch at what they do! Each car we have purchased from them has been wonderful to us. We made the mistake of buying from another small used car dealer a couple of years ago and the car was a nightmare. We will never make the mistake again of not going to PB's!

The dealership is amazing. My mom sent me here to get my first car and I love it. I take my Nissan here to get my oil changes and any other work it may need. Everyone here is very friendly and they put me first. I don't know much about cars but they made it so I actually understood what they were talking about. They used terms that I understood and that just flat out made sense. All around an amazing place. Will definitely go back again.

Called dealership to confirm they had the van listed online. Traveled there about an hour later, met with Rob. The van was exactly as described, clean and in great shape. Rob did a great job showing me the vehicle and talking to me about other options. No pressure. He encouraged me to take a test drive. After I made the decision to purchase, Rob handled all of the details and was patient holding the vehicle for several days while I waited for the MASS registry to get my plates.

I have purchased our corporate vehicles from PB's Auto for years and we are very pleased with the quality and performance of the trucks and passenger vans. My husband and I went to PB's last week to look at a truck (GMS Sierra) that we saw online. The manager, Rob, was very straightforward and the overall process was surprisingly easy. We had been looking for a while so we know that we got a good deal and are very happy with our experience overall. Bought a 2013 wrangler from them. They made the process quick and easy. Got a great rate. Went to a big dealer and got a horrible run around. And also will be using them for service on my 3 vehicles.

Went here looking for a new car, was immediately greeted by the salesman Rob who was beyond accommodating. I had my kids with me which can be a hassle when trying to buy a car, Brian the owner was great allowing my kids to hang inside and watch tv while I looked at a vehicle. All the cars I have seen were very clean and well taken care of. The guys were very helpful and did everything they could to make my experience a good one, including keeping a eye on my kids for me. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good quality pre-owed vehicle. I have sent family there for new cars and they absolutely love them!!! Overall one of the best car buying experiences I have had!

Brian was very friendly and professional. They have a really nice selection of vehicles and very reasonable prices, especially given the current used car market. They have an in house service shop there too! Definitely worth a visit!

I'm a repeat customer at PB's Auto Village and have bought numerous cars there over the years. The staff is friendly and helpful, they stand behind their cars and I've always gotten more for my trades than anyone else has offered. I've recommended this dealership to dozens of friends and family members and they've all had great experiences. Don't be fooled by the big flashy dealerships as they all have big flashy overhead as well. Overhead that's paid for by giving less for trades and selling their cars for more at interest rates higher than average. I get great cars for a great value at PB's.
