I went in for an inspection sticker but ended up needing a part that would of costed around $1000 without labor, instead of him profiting of the situation he referred me to a guy that was able to custom fab the part together for me and install it for under $200. That was the first time I had ever had dealings with the guy, he showed me theirs still good honest business owners out here. Their the ONLY garage I've had positive experiences with in the area and I highly recommend for any of your auto repairs or maintenance!

When you’re driving down 89 and your tire pressure light comes on. And you pull over to a convenient store and you can tell you have more than a slow leak. By divine intervention I saw the Sunoco next-door. I called and with no appointment limped over and they removed the screw from my tire, repaired it and did a state inspection all without an appointment. This is an old school no-frills garage. I was particularly fond of the auto parts display including ’things that make tires go flat’. It’s the type of place that everyone should know to go to for repairs because you know they will be honest with you. I will be scheduling future maintenance at this garage with Doug and crew. Highly recommend!!!

As so many reviews indicate, Lee is great. He is very professional, will try to fit you in if need something done quickly, and keeps you updated when things don't go as planned. His prices are competive and the quality of his work is great. This is where I typically refer people for repairs in the Upper Valley.

Needed to get car inspected and prior trusted mechanic retired, so stopped by and he was able to get me in right then and there for inspection without an appointment whereas all other garages were booked until next week. Had a long chat with owner and chatted about the 1956 F100 that's been parked outside the Sunoco for last 20+ years. Great guy, great friendly mechanics, and I will definitely go back to this garage for my service and state inspection needs!

We had to have our Jeep towed from Dartmouth Hitchcock this past week - quickly called around the Lebanon area and Lee at Doug’s Sunoco was able to look at it very quickly, diagnose issues and get parts in to fix it at a very reasonable price. They offered to drive me where I might need to go. No need. I live in Lebanon and work in Windsor. I was offered coffee or water. I was happy to sit at the picnic table and see the pretty apple tree in all its beauty.

So grateful to these guys. I got caught in a pinch when my alternator died and they were quick to step in and help me right away so I was able to get back on the road. Very helpful and reasonable. Even helped me get to work at the hospital when I couldn’t get a ride. Thanks so much! It was greatly appreciated. I would recommend Doug’s to anyone.
