I had the most outstanding experience at this store today! Rick the store manger was polite, patient and very helpful. He took time out of his day help me troubleshoot the issue with my car while continuing to provide customer service to others as they came in. When it was all said and done we resolved the problem and I was on my way home as a happy customer. Thank your for the excellent customer service! I’ll definitely be back in the future and will be telling my friends about today.

I needed a new battery for my car, which is designed very poorly for battery removal/replacement. Karl helped me select the correct battery and took the time(a long time--no fault of his!) to remove the old battery and put the new one in. He took the time to get it done right and was very appreciative of MY patience. Thanks to Karl and his boss for getting my car running again! Yes, the whole thing sucked but good attitudes prevailed and I am grateful.

Needed to replace a headlamp bulb yesterday and RICK from Lebanon, NH AutoZone went above and beyond the call of duty to change the bulb... in cold windy weather. It was not easy access to the bulb but he persevered and never gave up or complained! So KUDOS to RIck! A big Thank You! Sheila B : )

I was driving through VT and five of my dashboard lights all came on. I panicked. I remembered a friend told me years ago autozone will scan your car computer for free, so I drove ten minutes off my route to these folks, and even on a super busy day, offered to help. They gave me the part info I needed to bring to my mechanic and reassured me I could drive it home as long as I didn’t drive like a maniac. I was so appreciative of their help and just want them to know how much their time and kindness meant to me on a VERY stressful day!!

Got a quick diagnostic and they had the part in stock. Was in and out pretty quickly this time! Friendly people at the counter

My husband and I went into the Lebanon NH store this morning after being treated so horribly at Advance Auto Parts, and asked the man working if we could get my alternator tested. He was extremely friendly said give him a minute he’d be out to help us, he was the only employee working and was the only one scheduled to work all day open to close. He had like 4 other customers in the store once he finished with them he came right out and helped us, smiling chatting never acted upset or stressed about working alone or being too busy to help us. We were extremely appreciative of the amazing business today and we will be back for more business. I wish I got the employees name but I hope the manager of that location sees this and thanks the employee again from our family!

Always has what I need in stocks or can get it quickly!

I wanted to give the young man, that assisted me with changing out my wipers a few evenings ago. One wiper was not working so well, and I ran out of fluid, while on the highway. I managed to located this parts store pretty much right off the highway.
The young man (I believe his name was Justin) came right outside and helped as I believed he noticed me struggling with getting my hood opened.
He came out and helped me pick the right wipers and fluid that I needed, and offered to put them on for me.

Thank you again, for all your help. Thank you auto parts store for having wonder employees.

Very helpful folks afternoon of 9/3. I pulled in knowing my battery was DOA after getting a jump earlier to get it rolling. Car running, Adrianne quickly informed me they had everything needed to get back on the road: the right battery + installation. Adrianne promptly installed the battery, and the manager (John?) pitched in to get the right brackets as mine were quite rusted (22yr old car). Really appreciate the excellent folks - wish I could have tipped but only had $1 cash and some (likely warm) Junior Mints to offer. Hopefully this shout out will suffice to some degree. Thanks again for helping me get back to Boston so easily!

I stopped in the store on May 3, 2022 to purchase wiper blades and hopefully have the staff help putting them on. The guy was alone in the store but handled himself amazingly well between phone calls and customers and still able to help me with the wipers. I didn't catch his name but he deserves a great deal of credit for his great attitude. Give him a raise.

Super nice and helpful staff! I bought a machine to inflate my flat tire and Garry came out to the parking lot and showed me how to use it. You guys are the best!

Two guys busting it out like pros, place is busy with a flow of customers coming and going. Simple return and picked up what I needed.

We had a great experience with Brandon who works here. He was very personable and was quick to help. He replaced my rear wiper for me without hesitation and I appreciated that. Keep up the good work Brandon and know that you are the reason for this 5 star review.

Dwayne was absolutely phenomenal. I go to college at CSC and my battery had died. I needed to clean the corrosion off of my terminal & once I got to AutoZone he found that my terminal connection had broken. He fixed it right up for me, cleaned the terminals, and showed me how everything worked. I have never been more impressed with customer service in my life. He was kind, polite, informative, and made the entire experience enjoyable. I was clearly upset when I arrived but he really turned my day around. He definitely deserve a raise, at minimum a pat on the back. I will 100% be coming back to this AutoZone with any business I have in the future, and I will be looking for Dwayne to help! If I could, I would have tipped him. Thank you so much Dwayne, you saved my day! I will be recommending this AutoZone to everyone

I got a flat tire and they were incredibly helpful while I was trying to change it in their parking lot. I had tons of questions and they walked me right threw it. Such great staff

The customer service here was great! Went in to pick up a front headlight for the girlfriend. Just as I got dont changing it one of the employees taking the trash out notice the rear wiper was worn. He said "if you get one I'll install it for you". Just thought that was really cool and you just don't see that too often. Well done AutoZone. Wish I would've caught his name.
