First-class attention. Very friendly and attentive. Perfect location. Very comfortable and pleasant. Recommended.

What a cute place!! We had a really good view of the beach. The room was very clean, cozy and had a couch to relax on after a long day! The owners are incredibly friendly and super nice. They have a hose on either side of the building to wash the sand off your feet which is extremely convenient and it's a short walk from all the shops! Will stay here again for sure!!

Clean with plenty room for parking. We come here a couple times a year on the off season to go deep sea fishing. Gary and his daughter always take care of us . I recommend this place . I've stayed at other places on the beach front that were so dirty . These have enough room to keep your vacation comfortable and clean!

The property was so clean and well taken care of even though it is an older property. The staff was so accommodating and welcoming. They even told me how I could save when booking my room. Location is perfect. 2 minute walk across street to beach. Quiet, yet walk down anways to center where activities are. Other guests were respectful friendly and considerate too. I highly recommend you stay here. Great for families too! They have a lovely deck area out in front of hotel where you can sit and view the ocean as well as vacationers walking by. Can’t wait to return for another visit!

You really can't go wrong booking at the Grand View Motel is has everything you and family need for a memorable stay.
Fabulous view of the ocean, moments walk to beach, and great location to watch the fire works, parking for guest, which they monitor carefully so we were never inconvenienced, minutes from the crazy strip, easy access in and out. close to Hampton for any last minute grocery shopping.

Great place to stay! Right across from the ocean and within walking distance to all the stores and restaurants. Room was clean and service was excellent!

Stayed here for a last minute trip up to Hampton Beach and everything from the cleanliness of the rooms to the top-notch customer service was excellent. Will definitely be returning here when I can visit Hampton Beach again!

Gary and Jen are the best! Best beach location and views. I stayed 6 weeks and enjoyed it immensely. Definately will return!
