Amazing customer service! Karen was incredibly helpful in helping me find a frame I absolutely adore. and she even fixed my current glasses that I didn't think could be fixed (they are like new again!)

This is my first review of anything but, more like 4 for the Eyeglass Outlet. Years ago my children moved back in with me and needed glasses. I got the eye exams next store and glasses made that day. A big plus for a single parent and two kids. Numerous time we got adjustments to said glasses and replaced screws. Full and friendly service. This time I needed glasses for my teenage daughter. She had the other ones "stepped on" though I never saw the carnage. Heard about it thru my X a week later. I did mention teenage daughter. Luckily it was the first Saturday of the month and I remembered they were open from 10 to 1 pm. Took our prescription, found some frames for under 40 bucks and had a pizza while they made the glasses. 100 bucks for the specs and 20 for lunch. Crisis averted. Thank you Eyeglass Outlet. I'll be back.

I just love shopping here. It's not really shopping, though. It's more of having a visit with Karen and, by the way, being able to see right afterwards.

After searching for eyeglasses for a few months, both online and retail, I found this place on line. Even though it was a little over an hour drive for me, it was worth it.
The selection of frames for me were plentiful, and, I was able to find the perfect frame in less than 5 minutes😊 In fact, the first pair I tried on!
The woman who assisted me, Karen, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I received my glasses in 10 days. Very happy with them and the service I received. Well worth the trip there👍

I've never left a review before, anywhere, but I feel that I should with this place. Here are the facts; It took me more than 7 weeks to get a satisfactory pair of glasses. 1st pair of progressive glasses had not been measured properly and could not be used. A new pair was ordered with them telling me they'd call me when they came in, they never did. I even left a message on their answering machine, still no call back. Finally the 2nd pair of lenses came in. Got home, wore them for 4 hours, went to clean them and found a scratch in one of the lenses. Lens had to be re-ordered, as it was defective. finally after another few weeks of waiting, another lens came in and FINALLY (after 7 weeks of back and forth wasting my time) I had a good pair of glasses. The owner tried to make things right by offering me a new set of glasses. After another week of waiting, they came in. These were brand new, got home again and noticed more scratches in both lenses. I am so frustrated by the EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY CONTROL, that I can't even bring myself to bring BACK those glasses. If your time is worth anything, DON'T go there!
