Courtyard by Marriott Hanover Lebanon

Stayed here a couple nights over the Christmas holiday. The staff (Ethan) and the other gentleman that worked the morning shift were very helpful and very friendly. The room was very clean and quiet. My only negative comment would be not having any dryer sheets for the laundry. But in reality that isn’t relevant as most people don’t do laundry at the hotel. Aside from a little bit of static cling in my shirt, which again isn’t a big deal, the overall stay was excellent and I will stay here every trip to the area. I highly recommend this location.

We love this hotel. We come back every year because of the convenience of their location. The hotel is close enough to all of the places we like to go to. Everything is nice and clean and the service is excellent. They have a24 hour gym facility and a small bar/restaurant section opened to assist customers.

Super convenient if you’re visiting someone who is at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. Decent prices, quick access to the hospital loop road, and adjacent to restaurants and shopping.

My husband and I stayed here while travelling for our one year anniversary. When the hotel found out, they sent a gift bag and hand written card to our room! It was very thoughtful. The staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel and the rooms were very nice and clean. Nice amenities although was just a wee bit bummed the pool was closed at the time. All in all it was a wonderful hotel and a lovely stay.

We stayed because we have a relative in the ICU at dartmouth and the front desk person was absolutely wonderful to us and caring and gave us a discount on top of the hospital discount and he was just a great and kind person

Very comfortable king unit. Only complaint, felt like the bed was short sheeted, both my husband and I wanted to pull the blanket up to our necks, and a spare blanket would be nice.

Great stay here while traveling through Hanover for business. While the rooms could use an update, mine was spotlessly clean and clearly well-maintained. Check-in was efficient and friendly. Would highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this hotel high enough. I have a loved-one at Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital, and needed a safe, hassle-free room for the night. The staff was wonderful. Check-in was super easy and quick. I am a woman, traveling alone, and I felt very safe in my room. The shower was hot, and the bathroom was very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, too. It was exactly what I needed to feel a little relaxed with so much going on.

They have a fairly complete gym here with lots of equipment that exceeded my expectations. Breakfast and meal options are also pretty good and the staff are friendly.

The rooms are a little bit dated but overall decent. The shower water pressure also struggles a little bit in the morning. Pool is permanently closed.

I like this location because it is walking distance to the grocery store and restaurant.

Great rates for exquisite rooms. Right near the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center so great location!!

Stayed here one night during a ski trip while transiting from Vermont resorts to New Hampshire resorts. Great location near the 89/91 junction. We stayed in a king room and it was perfect. I really appreciated the coffee maker, the microwave, and the small refrigerator.

I'm usually a Hilton loyalist but staying here made me question that. While there was some minor wear and tear, the rooms and facilities were immaculate and the staff obviously cares about how the hotel looks. I think I'll be looking at more Marriott locations in the future.

My husband had surgery and we stayed here. It was great , mostly because Christian (front desk) was wonderful he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. He went so far as to get us an ottoman for our room so my husband could put is leg up , as the doctor advised him to. Will totally stay there again!

I made a reservation to be with my daughter who’s newborn was in the Dartmouth Hitchcock NICU, for 13 days. The Courtyard’s staff was perfectly courteous, very helpful, and consolidated my reservations. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs. The room was very clean, neat, and comfortable. I can’t say enough about the staff who made a difficult time less stressful.. Thank you again.

I live in Vermont so i didn't wanna drive back & forth to Dartmouth medical center for 2 days so my wife, son, & I stayed here. The staff was great they actually gave us a discount that we didn't even expect at all!!
My 9yr old son loved the pool as well 😊

Stayed here a few times on the way to upstate New York, and it’s one of the nicest Courtyards I’ve seen. Everything is clean and well maintained, and the staff is really friendly. Easy to get to from the highway and close to Dartmouth campus for breakfast/coffee.

My family and I stayed at the Courtyard while work was being done on our house. The staff were so friendly and considerate - from the booking staff who made sure we had connecting rooms, to the hotel employees. My kids loved the pool and whirlpool, and my eldest found the fitness room excellently equipped. The common areas are comfortable, stylish and modern. The location is a good one. Would stay here again.

Amazing hotel! I felt like I was in some 5 Star luxury hotel but definitely not having to pay the kind of prices to match.

The beds were so comfortable and there were plenty of comfy pillows. It was obvious that the linens, towels, and frankly the whole room had been cleaned thoroughly.

The in house "bistro" served tasty food and although they claimed it wasn't a restaurant; I still had some left for an evening snack thanks to generous portions.

The bartender was incredibly helpful in assisting my travel companion to find a wine she liked, as neither of us know much of anything about names and/or varietals. She was quite generous in having my companion taste a bit of each until one that struck the right note was found. I think I had root beer.

It was so nice in the morning to be able to get a latte as opposed to the typical cheap free hotel coffee. Having a Starbucks barista at the bar sure kicked off the day well.

Every staff member was friendly and more than willing to help if needed. Even the other guests seemed cheerier than at other places I've stayed.

From now on, this is my/our go to hotel to stay at when we're in the area. Five stars!

I checked into a hotel down the road for a next day surgical procedure at Dartmouth Hitchcock. Upon arrival this was a uncomfortable and unfriendly experience. I called the Courtyard Marriott and spoke with the most kind front desk staff member. I decided to leave the hotel I had pre booked seeking a better experience.
From the second we arrived at the Courtyard Marriot I immediately felt relieved and knew I had made the right decision. Amazing customer service, and a great night sleep on a comfy bed. They really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed the stay. Thank you to the staff for acknowledging that medical procedures are stressful. kindness goes a long way :) I will definitely stay here again, hopefully under different circumstances.

Or experience was very enjoyable. The rooms and common areas were clean and up-to-date and rooms were as tastefully decorated as chain hotels get. The walls/door were reasonably thick and our experience was calm and quiet. I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return.

Stayed only for one night. Easy to check in, room was big and clean, our floor was quiet. Parking was free and safe. Overall felt like it was newly renovated and good quality!
