They've bailed me out so many times and have offered good advice with our primary heating system.

This my second time (and hopefully last!) using Dickinson's. They are the best contractors of any kind that I have dealt with. They were able to give me an appointment within a couple of days. They arrived promptly and the young man (T.C.) that did the work was very professional, courteous and and knowledgeable.
They even did an awesome job of cleaning up after they were done.
If only all the other contractors and service people with this good!

What a Great company to do Business with. We had an emergency situation and it happened to be after hours. After calling the answering service and getting the Owners Cell phone. Rick answered early on a Saturday Morning only to show up 20 minutes later to fix the problem he showed us how to override the water system if this was to happen again. Not very often do you get the owner to answer on a Saturday then to come up and be willing to show us how to fix the problem ourselves..
I really cant say enough Great things about this company!!! You get what you pay for with Dickinson and thats worth every Penny!

I have had several jobs done at my home by this company and they have always been extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. In one instance their service technician, Eric, made every effort possible to help repair an AC unit so I would not have to replace it. He (Eric) was incredible. Another technician, Rich, has helped me a number of times with furnace issue and is always very helpful and considerate. Always offers good advice. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

I cannot say enough about Dickinsons. My husband works all week, which left me to be the one making phone calls to his office staff, meeting with Rick for an estimate, and being home while our split units were installed. From the start, Rick was wonderful when he came out to complete our estimate. His office staff, especially Melissa, was so patient with my multiple phone calls, answering all my questions and REALLY making things happen. Joe who performed our install was incredible. He was friendly, professional and quick. And on a 90° they saved the day for us and our 3 month old baby girl. It felt like the service you get “when you know someone” despite just moving to the area. I can’t thank them enough. We just bought a home in WRJ and we will be loyal customers from here on out!

Dickinson & Son has been our go-to plumber/HVAC contractor for many years. They do very high quality work and can usually get to our needs quickly. I do usually price other other plumbers for jobs and do find that their labor prices are a little higher than others, but I don't mind really due to the work product being superior.

No one wants to have to call the plumber/ HVAC specialist. But Dickinson & Son are SO wonderful. They have been prompt in responding to my desperate "no heat" calls, and the service people are always careful and friendly. I recommend them without reservation!

These folks are terrific! They did all the plumbing for a whole house renovation twenty some years ago, and continue to be our go-to source for anything that even looks like plumbing!
Today it was AC service. Wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable tech came on-time and was completely professional!

This is our second experience with Dickinson Plumbing, and this time was every bit as good as the earlier one. Again, TC came to our rescue to replace a more than 40-year-old faucet in our bath-tub which had stopped working altogether. This wasn’t an easy job, but it didn’t stop TC. He went right at it with a clear understanding of what was needed as well as the skill to get the job done efficiently and competently. So, if you’ve got a plumbing problem and you live in the Upper Valley, call Dickinsons and hope TC’s available.

Dickinson and Sons has gone above and beyond the call of duty with the help that they have provided my family with our home. Every staff member has been very helpful and courteous. My family and I would not have been able to maintain our home without their quick responsive help to save our pipes from freezing. My family and I would like to thank Dickinson and Sons for all that you have done, and a job well done!

These are our favorite plumbers in the Upper Valley....totally pleasant, competent, efficient and fairly priced. We have tried others, but will never use anyone else but Dickinson's guys again. Tyler was great!

Last night we found a pin hole leak and water everywhere. Called Dickinson's this morning and they had Michael here by 10. He did an excellent job and was professional, communicative, organized, and tidy. I would not hesitate to use Dickinson's, and Michael, again!

Just had a frozen pipe issue with our hot water baseboard heating. The technician was wicked friendly and walked me through the issue soup to nuts. He found the leak in a back corner upstairs closet, and a second break on the same pipe about 15' away. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and now the whole house is back in business.

Just had a new Buderus boiler installed by Dickinson replacing a worn out, 23 yr old Slant-Fin furnace. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They also took care of a shower mixing valve replacement as well. Terrific people.

Our well pump failed over the holiday season when it was extremely cold. Rick and his crew responded immediately and replaced the pump that very day. The work was filthy and cold, but they just did the work. That's service.

Dickinson and Son have been incredibly helpful to us over the years, and I recommend them highly. Friendly, experienced professionals - you can't go wrong.
