Cant believe I’m giving a 5 star rating to a dental office but here i go! Everyone i have interacted with here has been fantastic. I have not had a dental appointment since covid hit. No practice except Aspen (and i had a bad experience there a few years ago) was taking on new patients. And to schedule a cleaning? Virtually impossible. All at least a year or longer just to see a dentist and most did not accept my medicare supplement insurance. As someone who has suffered from a fear of dental offices since i was a child, just going to an unfamiliar dental office caused anxiety. Santavicca personnel were friendly and understanding from the first phone call. Everyone explained what they were doing and why. No surprises. Amy is a fabulous hygienist. Calm and gentle. My only complaint was filling out the paperwork online. It took at least 3 times for it to go through and talking with other patients in the waiting area I was not the only one to have difficulty with the online portal. I understand it helps save time administratively but it would still be nice to have hard copies available to fill out when the website is having its glitches. But despite this small issue the practice still gets 5 stars.

I could not recommend Dr. Udeshi and the whole team at Santavicca more! When I called almost every dentist in the Upper Valley in tears last summer with a broken tooth, Dr. Udeshi was the only one to answer and get me in a chair that same day. I’ve been back many times since then for follow ups and other work, and each time has been a great, professional, friendly experience. I fully trust Dr. Udeshi and his staff to deliver the best care, and it’s always clear that they have the patients’ best interests in mind.

Had a crown made for an emergency broken crown. I don’t think I’ve ever had a new crown made so well that it didn’t need any adjusting once it was put in. Just impeccable work. And everyone in the office was kind and responsive, respectful, they seem to like working with each other. A great practice.

Great experience with scheduling, consult, and clear presentation of coverage and out-of-pocket costs. Much happier than with my prior dentist. Work still TBD but scheduled and trust matters a great deal with dentistry, in particular.

Dr. Udeshi & team are fantastic for me and my family. If you need the most insurance coverage possible, it may be a little more expensive here than the chain/corporate dentists, but it's so worth getting treatment the right way, not the cheapest possible as encouraged by insurance companies.

I am a person Who is very Scared of a dentist from past experiences. I had my first appointment.
And yes, I was very scared. When I walked in there, I had a total different vibe. Everyone that I came in contact with that day. Seem to really be happy doing their job.
And that's very rare.
These days They were very professional.
And very caring. Me being a coward.
I do not mind going there.
Anymore They are the best. I wish I found this company sooner.

I am blown away by the service and the smiles! I could write a book about how happy I am with my experience and it really starts with the people! The smiles start the second you go through the door and I am so impressed! I hate going to the dentist but I actually look forward to seeing that office! They also seem to really take the time to listen and we all know that being heard is so important from medical professionals. All thumbs up for this team!

Had to change dentists because of logistics. Was recommended to try Santavicca. It’s close to my work. Open Mon-Fri and after I get out of work. I had a semi-emergency dental situation. They promptly took me in and took care of it for me. They are all fantastic people and are a pleasure to be around within a setting that can sometimes make you feel uncomfortable. I really am pleased with my new dentist Dr. Udeshi is great at what he does and makes the visit a great experience.
If you are in the need for a new dentist. I highly recommend trying Santavicca.

Dr Miskimin was excellent - took the time to explain to me very clearly what he was doing, why he diagnosed my condition as he did, patiently showed me the results of a CAT scan with multiple views, explaining in terms I could understand what I was looking at. It was my first meeting with him, I was very impressed.

I was able to my appointment quickly and the staff were very friendly and helpful! A great place to go!

Being that I was having to transition to the Santavicca Dental Professionals as a new patient, I was welcomed in as if had been a patient of theirs for years. The staff were all very kind and pleasant with the passion of true professionals.

I always have a good experience there. The front office staff is courteous, easy going, and polite.
Hygienist Amy is incredibly knowledgeable and superb at what she does.

My visit with Dr. Gandelman and her assistant Dorothy was great. Thorough, gentle, professional, friendly!

Wow! Was I impressed with their service! I was with my previous dental office for 40 years and unfortunately they changed hands and had a very difficult time with staffing post pandemic. I walked in the door of Santavicca and felt like I had been a patient for years. Staff was very friendly and helpful, my initial exam was the most comprehensive I've had, and the cleaning was also one of the best!

It has been quite awhile since I have worked up the nerve to visit the dentist. I am so pleased with this office! I was initially extremely nervous, embarrassed at the amount of work I needed, and in pain. The office is welcoming, clean, friendly, and efficient. If you call, they completely answer your question. If they do need to call you back, they do so quickly. I really wish I could remember the names of the folks that helped me. Everyone is very helpful, thorough, and kind. I really liked the upfront pricing as well. If you are looking for a dentist, choose this one! Kind folks that care and give you honest options for the treatment you need, with no judgement.

Amy the hygienist is out standing. Solves all my problems every time. Her jaw exercises are the best.

Update 2: Dr Gandelman is probably one of my favorite people in the entire universe now. Again, an appt within less than 24 hrs, top notch care, amazing customer service. Seriously - I love you all. Thank you for making my dental care so much less anxiety provoking.
Update: Santavicca is still top notch. I saw Dr. Udeshi todag, and he is excellent at explaining your options and really put me at ease. They got me an appointment in less than 24 hours when I lost a filling, and I’ve got a follow up in less than 2 weeks. A+++++ dental practice - thank you all so much!
Like many others, I do not enjoy going to the dentist. I’ve had my fair share of negative experiences in the past and that led me neglect my teeth. Well, I finally but the bullet and googled “Lebanon NH dentists” about 3 weeks ago. Thank god I chose to call Santavicca! They scheduled me for the next week and I was super anxious. The hygienist Steve was so nice, though. And I cannot (seriously CAN NOT) recommend Dr. Almetwali enough. She didn’t shame me. She was incredibly gentle with her exam and cleaning. None of that jabbing the tool into the soft spots on my teeth or aggressive poking around.
I went back yesterday to have 2 fillings. Who gets lucky enough to have a super nice hygienist and a hilarious assistant?! Thank you to Chris for putting me at ease and dealing with my awkwardness.
Dr. Almetwali, though…the real MVP. She really worked hard to save my tooth so I wouldn’t need a root canal, and I don’t! (Yay!) She took her time with her work and kept me updated as she was doing everything. She even showed me my tooth with a mirror after she had drilled it out and explained to me why she thinks I need a cap. I’ve never had a dentist do something like that. This is a person who clearly cares very much about the quality of her work and the comfort and level of understanding of her patients. I feel super lucky to have been scheduled with her and I will recommend her to everyone I know.
Extra perks: Chris put on chapstick for me partway through the fillings.
They hook you up with a sweet tempurpedic head rest during fillings.
They let me get up to use the bathroom, too :)
