Wok the Wok

Looking forward to my next visit. The food was sooo delicous. Service was very good. Nice walk to the beach afterwards. Another great meal at Wok the Wok, Hampton Beach. We got the wonderful Hawaiian Chicken, chicken chow mein and chicken fried rice. Had a fantastic Planters Punch and my husband had a Sam Adam beer. Service was wonderful. Portions were plenty for another 2 servings at least!!

Tasty, Fast, Able to Accommodate 18!

We came here for a work team dinner. Half ordered appetizers and drinks. The server was able to time things so that the main courses for the people who didn't order appetizers came out first.

Everyone was happy with their meal.

I would be thrilled to have this triple crown in any restaurant in chinatown or near me on long island. A little spicy without offending your toinge. Hot and sour soup was delicious and robust. Service fast and friendly. Highly recommebded in Hampton NH area.

I haven't been here since it was Ocean Wok. Glad I came back. Like before the food and service is excellent. It's nice coming here in the off season for a more relaxed dining experience. They really do Wok the Wok!

Wok the Wok has the very best Chinese food in New England! Their service is remarkable and food is fresh and delicious. This is truly a place you dont want to miss!

Exceptional food. Exceptional service. This is my go to place for Chinese food here in Hampton. These are the best chicken wings ever! Crispy on the outside and succulent and juicy on the inside and the owners and bartenders are superior. All of the food here is fabulous! The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious! You will not be disappointed with anything you eat here!

I'm not a huge fan of Chinese food.
BUT
Wok the Wok has the best fresh Chinese food I've had in a long time.
And the portions are huge. Go with either a big apatite or expectations of going home with food.
If you like Chinese food, you won't be disappointed.

Freshly Made, Absolutely Delicious beef teriyaki, crab rangoon, & egg rolls. Servers very attentive & friendly! Highly Recommended!!!

The food and service were outstanding.

Two of us had dinner tonight and it was an excellent experience. Mathew and Sophia are the owners and greeted us and explained the specials. The wonton soup was classic with homemade wontons and a clear and flavorful broth. We ordered the mu shu pork with pancakes was very tasty and had plenty of different ingredients. The special was steamed fish with ginger sauce. This was the best I’ve ever had. Delicate blend which brought out the fish with ginger, soy, rice wine vinegar. Highly recommended. The portions were large. The food came out very fast. The service was great. This is classic Chinese food which is well made and wonderfully served. Bar is small but very busy. Price is excellent with more food than we could finish for $24 each.

Late supper with my wife and her friend.. not easy to find something open besides a bar this far past tourist season.

Lots of open seating and it was good to see families out.

The hot and sour soup reminded me instantly that I wasn't in Minnesota.. 'hot' was spicy, but not 'instant death'.

Service was very fast, which I enjoyed but wasn't expecting. We didn't feel rushed at all but the speed was impressive.

Wife had orange chicken.. huge pieces of chicken and if I'd had another soup the chicken would have been spicy.

The kung pao beef was similar, but the nuts and veggies stood out.

One bowl of rice wasn't enough but we got more without hesitation.

A good place for sharing dishes, and under other circumstances I would have loved a zombie.

Best Chinese food anywhere, not just at the beach. Small but great bar with an amazing barmaid. Matt and Sophie are the salt of the earth, wonderful people who run a wonderful restaurant.

I go here for lunch with the daughter and the time. You will not be disappointed and May take 1/2 your lunch home. The food quality is excellent and even the luncheon are fresh.

I have been a regular customer for as long as this place has been open. The food is great and so is the service and the atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. There is nothing that they wouldn't do to make sure you have an enjoyable experience.

Ocean Wok is back! The original owners are back and the food is awesome again. Best Chinese food in the area. Try the crab Rangoon, House Mei Fun , and Pepper Shrimp.

The original founders (Mathew & Sophie) of Ocean Wok have taken over the Ocean Wok restaurant and the food is now back to high quality as in the old days.
The name has been changed to Wok the Wok.

They reopened June 9th. 2022.

They are closed on Tuesdays (until they can get more help).
