From the moment I arrived at the dealership, my salesman, Ben Mattice was so helpful. I had never purchased a new car before but knew what I wanted and they had a 2024 Versa in stock. I explained my situation and was given a handful of options and Ben took the time to explain each of them. I couldn't be happier with my new car and the people at Nissan of Lebanon who stand behind them. They have called since to make sure I'm happy and if I need anything to just call. Great dealership and they will walk you through every step. A customer for life.

Everyone was kind and willing to work with me to get out of my old lease and into a new one. Shopping for a new vehicle can be stressful and frustrating. This was a positive experience. I have never owned a Nissan, let alone been in a Nissan dealership. However, my wife bought a car there and came home pumped about this place. So I decided to pop in and look at a truck. I owned a 2019 Ranger and then a 2021 Ranger. My latest Ranger was still under warranty. They gave me nearly what I paid for my Ranger towards a full loaded Frontier. I LOVE THIS TRUCK!

We recently bought a brand new Nissan Frontier from Darrell Alberico at Nissan of Lebanon and was so happy with the experience, we went back 2 weeks later and bought another vehicle from him. Darrell and Nissan of Lebanon bent over backwards to accommodate our needs that I couldn’t recommend them enough. Johanna, the owner, greeted us on the purchases and was more than warm and welcoming. Never have I written reviews on a car dealership, but couldn’t be more happy with the satisfaction we have received, I have to share it with others!

We are very happy with the 2017 Rogue we purchased. Jason is a great salesman and made sure to find the right fit for use and our budget. The service manager was great. He also took a call from me with service questions. Great to work with. A few days after the purchase, they sent a car fax review of our car to my email. What a nice surprise. We would purchase from them again.

Darrell had gone above and beyond the call of duty all of car salesman. He diligently looked for the type of vehicle I had requested, and then…. Well, it was the truck of my dreams.

Mark Avery is just a great guy! With mark its not all about a sale, hes down to earth, real, funny, and easy going. His son is employed there as a lot attendant, just a great place to buy a vehicle. My parents bought their second car in 2 years, both from mark and he was great!!!!

I have been consistently happy with their service department. I have exclusively been bringing my truck here for the past couple years. There are absolutely no gimmicks, just highly trained folks who really care to keep your vehicle going strong for many years. It really has a small shop feel, and the prices have always been just right. I will continue bringing my vehicles here and I recommend other people do the same. My husband and I recently had yet another AMAZING experience at Nissan of Lebanon. The entire Nissan team was approachable, respectful, accommodating and an absolute delight to work with. BY FAR, THE BEST DEALERSHIP WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO!

I bought a car a little over a month ago and the battery died. I had to jump it 3 time (twice in one day). The warranty I bought does not cover "wear and tear" items, so I thought I would need to pay for a new battery. The Service manager waived some of the cost and when the general manager heard what was going on, he covered the rest (used car guarantee?) Anyway, it was such a relief since the car was so new. to me. The service manager also took care of some other things for me (I hurt my shoulder and only have one functioning arm) like putting my plates on, washing my car, and changing my fob battery. Thanks for everything.

I was blown away by the time and effort that was put into finding me the perfect vehicle. Glenn did an amazing job hearing what I wanted and didn't settle for just putting me into any vehicle. I really appreciate the time and effort the team made in getting me to the car and price point I needed.

Mark helped me buy my first car and made it super easy! He helped explain all my options and was just overall SUPER friendly and helpful with everything I needed. On top of all that he went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe and ready for the winter storms we had coming! I WILL be returning when I’m ready to upgrade.

Ben Mattice was very helpful with getting my first car. Before I went to Nissan I went to Ford and experienced an hour wait just to be told I couldn’t get the car I wanted. When I went to Nissan Ben helped me not only to find my car but explain what I needed to do in around 30- 40 minutes, and even now helps me out with information for the car and how to get it registered.
