I had an issue with my A/C on memorial day weekend and could not get my regular heating and cooling service compny to come out and address my needs. I called Alexander Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning. Jim came out the next day and resolved my issue. He was very thorough, pleasant and did an excellent job. I have used Alexander for years! Their professionalism and customer service are incredible! Very hard to find their level of service in today’s world. My last situation was a leaking toilet on a holiday weekend. A real person answered the emergency number and an employee called within 5 minutes! They are the best. My person this time was Mike! He left my house cleaner than it was before he arrived👍

Alex is an amazing/honest business man, a hidden gem! I called and asked him several questions and he took the time to explain the pros/cons of each possible solution. He worked to give me the optimal option for me, one that incidentally fell outside of the scope of his work and thus meant he wasn't doing the job. This was one of the best experiences I've had communicating with a technician and I am not surprised he has such great reviews on Google. Do not hesitate to contact him and please give him your business - we need more businesses like these!

Alexander Plumbing came to my office to repair a water line in our basement. They were quick, professional, and completed the job at a great price. I will definitely use them again!

Showed up on time, very professional, did a very nice job on the install, and cleaned up everything after. Couldn't ask for more I have 3 original HVAC units in my house, and they have done 2 so far. We will replace the last one next year...

Had a knocking in the walls and after some searching, it seemed to have be coming from the pipes so I called Alexander plumbing and a few moments later Mike called me. After successfully diagnosing the issue on the phone, Mike offered to come out despite the late hour and fixed our issue with a great attitude. Very honest and friendly. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. The workers assessed the situation and was able to return the following day for a new 75 gallon Hot Water Tank installation. The workers were respectful of property, explained everything and finished the job with no problems. Great licensed company

Great service. They came out the same day to fix a plumbing issue we were having. They were knowledgeable and honest and I would definitely use them in the future!

Technician arrived promptly and explained what possible issues were and how they would diagnose. Second technician arrived with needed diagnostic material and they set to work. Thankful for their being careful of floors and mud tracking in.

Mike came in on time which is very respectful. He’s very knowledgeable on what the situation of the place and suggested on what to do, the proper way. The only complaint that I have is I called back his office for a follow up and he hasn’t returned my call yet. Otherwise, great company…

I had them come and give me an estimate for installing my new dishwasher. They didn't pressure me to go with them, and they were very informative and helpful. When I decided to go forward with them, they scheduled my service in a very timely manner. The plumber doing the installation was also very friendly and finished the job quickly in a very professional manner. I'm very satisfied and would use them again.

We had a leak coming from our ceiling they were very responsive and Ken ( I hope I remember correctly) was very personable and helpful! Definitely keeping them in mind for our plumbing needs.

Excellent service! I will definitely use this service in the future. I had the best repair guy who explained the whole process in detail. I also have dogs and I didn’t bother the repair guy at all. He was really nice to them that doesn’t usually happen.
