This store is located right behind the Costco. This store is very busy during peak hours, they definitely need a self checkout. Staff is nice but the managers are highly unprofessional. They do stock tonne of items so good place to find lot of good stuff for target lovers. They also have fresh produce section and Starbucks at the entrance. Ample of parking is available in the front.

I've been to this Target a few times. Ice had great experiences doing mobile pick up. The order comes our quickly. The grocery is in the back of the store, wish it was in the front. They have a decent selection, but some items were out of stock. Over all I was pleased with my visits.

The people that work the service desk at this North Brunswick Target are very pleasant and efficient. They’re young and they get the job done. I never dread returning anything there.

Had a great experience with the drive-up service. Bought one folding chair and spoke with the associate named Nelly. After seeing that the chair was of desirable quality, I decided to buy another one. Not only did Nelly determine that there was only one left, he found it incredibly fast despite the 90+ degree heat. Thanks Nelly!!! With high caliber associates like Nelly, its obvious why I choose to shop at Target over the competitors.

Went to this Target for a Pick-Up order. So all I really experienced was the Entrance and Customer Service...

But, I definitely can say that it was a very easy and No Hassle visit!

~ Seeing how I was greeted the second I approached the Customer Service Desk
~ Quickly had my info. taken
~ And not more than 30 seconds later was the employee was heading out the back with my stuff!!!

I was in and out in less than 5minutes very satisfied!!!

Target is open until 12am tonight - so I took an 10:30pm shopping trip that was well worth it. The store was quiet, calm, and very relaxing. Few customers in the store made for an enjoyable visit. I wish it was always this easy to get down aisle or find what I need, but they can't always be open so late - I would feel bad for their employees if they did. Many of them work really hard.

I like target Miltown ,they are very helpful,not like nortbrunswick.

convenience and quality. Employee (Customer Service Rep) who provided my items for pickup was friendly, helpful and very efficient. I ordered my item 5 mins before walking in and withing 5 mins of walking in and taking a round of the store to look at the electronics, the items were ready. I also received the email notification that items were ready to be picked up - even though the order receipt email said that my order will be ready in 2hrs. All in all.. good experience. I think the Sales Person should definitely get credit/acknowledgement by her management.

I love target, there are so much you can get in
one store. The variety of things you can get
from food, toys, pharmacy, pet food, and other
Variety of merchandise, The one thing that
Gets me upset are the cashiers, their are
never enough when the there are people in
the store. Last night we were in there about
7:30 and the crowds were horrible. The Staff
were walking around doing nothing and all
the lines were so long and the cashiers were
so busy but they should have more cashiers
for the people.

Jackie in the guest service department is absolutely amazing. ive been having trouble returning something at a few different locations and shes the first employee to actually help ensure that the process would be easy for me and personally made sure i was taken care of. i had an amazing experience because of her!

also matt was very very helpful, we ran into a few speed bumps during the return and he went out of his way to make it possible for me to return the product. both of them were very amazing at helping me with the situation!!

Amazing customer service here ! I live closer to Walmart and I still drive here for everything I need. It’s not about the money it’s about how you get treated and I’ve always been treating excellent here and every other target I’ve been to ! This Target 🎯 sure knows how to hire friendly people and that’s great !

Staff were all following the protocols by wearing masks, maintaining social distance, and cleaning commonly touched surfaces. The store provided sanitary wiped for the carts, and had a well thought out and enforced plan of action. I felt safe and comfortable, and would go there again during this terrifying time.

Everyone is friendly and helpful, ALWAYS! The pharmacy department is always caring and professional! Would never go to another Target! I live across the street from a Target and I prefer to travel the 3-4 miles just to shop at this specific store!

I love this store! In my opinion, the best customer service of all area Target locations. I drive a few extra miles just to shop here. In addition, it's very clean and well-stocked. I can find items here that I can't find at the Target closer to where I live. Highly recommend Target North Brunswick!
