Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

The workers were very nice personable and professional. We felt comfortable with them. our backed up sewer pipe was cleared and the camera review was well done. We went over options with staff that was helpful as they answered our questions. I am glad we used them and would recommend this service.

Rodney came to install a new toilet. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He came on short notice and was personable. When he opened the box for the toilet I purchased it was cracked. He stayed positive, we got another one and in little time it was installed. He was very thorough and neat. Made sure there were no leaks before he left and even offered to sweep up the floor. Roto-rooter will be the call I make if I have any other plumbing needs. I will request they send Rodney.

Victor came same day to help fix a problem clog. He was professional, finished the job quickly, and answered any and all questions we had. Fantastic service all around! And before, the dispatcher gave us updates to let us know when someone would be available and when he was on his way which was very appreciated as well!

I had a great experience with this company. The water supply line and valve to the toilet were leaking. I called the company who said they would be there in about an hour. They were here in 45 minutes. The plumber fixed both problems in about 30 minutes. He was excellent, courteous and kind. He left no mess whatsoever and I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber.

I wish there were more than 5 stars to give! My wife and I ran across a clogged drain problem and couldn’t figure out why. I called up Roto-Rooter and they sent Ramon. He was very knowledgeable, tedious, and efficient. He figured out what was wrong and cleared out the drain. As well he was very professional and respectful. If we ever have another problem again I will not hesitate to call them up again. Also, they had a supervisor stop by to check in to make sure everything was going great, he was also very knowledgeable and professional.

Sai was a very friendly, positive, polite, professional, and funny technician. He thoroughly explained to us what the problem was, how he planned to fix it, and the potential possibilities we could face. He gave us great recommendations on how to proceed, what to expect, and whom we would need to communicate with depending on which scenario we ended up with including any potential follow-ups. He made sure that we were able to communicate with the correct departments to resolve our issues as efficiently as possible. It was a pleasure to come across someone so sincerely helpful.

A sewer line backing up into your basement slop sink is a problem no one wants, even more so late
on a Friday afternoon. We called Roto Rooter in desperation, hoping for a miracle, and they came through with flying colors. An appointment was made for that very evening, and the van showed up within the 4 hour window from when we called. The blockage was found right away by Christian, and the whole issue fixed within about an hour. Communication was clear throughout the process, (and it was great to be able to call and speak to a real human, rather than just leaving a message!) Thanks again for your efficient and totally professional service! I can’t recommend you highly enough!

I had a wonderful experience with roto rooter. They came the same day I called with my issue and in a timely manner. Our tech Wojciech was so thorough and helpful. He explained everything to us and made sure the issue was resolved before leaving. He was the best! Highly recommend!!!

We're very pleased with the service we received. The agent that came to our house was very kind, professional,and courteous. He wore shoe covers to protect our new carpet,and explained the entire process. We are very pleased with the end result ! Our sink started leaking very early Sunday morning and the drip was quickly accelerating when we called for service. Robert arrived promptly after we called. He was very friendly and easy to work with, explaining everything he was doing as he worked. We actually had to turn off water to our building (it's old) and Robert had to extend our pipe and then run out to get us a brand new fixture part. Given that this was all unfolding early Sunday morning, we really feel like he went above and beyond.

When the work was complete, Robert gave us his number and told us to call him directly if anything else came up.

I appreciate any business that quickly replies to service requests and who can come out same day let alone within two hours. Roto-rooter did just that! We had a clogged toilet and they came and fixed the issue right away. Terrific gentlemen and great service.

Vince and his team came and fixed our leaky bathtub faucet. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and capable. Roto actually sent a different tech the first time and he couldn’t figure out how to even take the casing apart, but Vince was able to accurately diagnose the issue, advised me on what the right parts to order on Amazon, and then came back on a return visit to install. After the fact, he was also gracious in spending some time in educating me on a few other facets of plumbing related topics, including how better to maintain the water heater and pipes.

It hasn’t been that long yet since the repair, but so far the issue appears resolved. Overall, I am very grateful that Vince came and thought he did a fantastic job. Thank you.

We called roto rooter for an emergency clog pipe. They sent out a technician Quan. I have to say he was Very professional and very knowledgeable made us feel at ease explained everything he was going to do and he was right on point the way he solved our problem. If we experience another problem unrelated we will definitely ask for him again.

We called for service in the morning and they arrived in about an hour. Our technician Williams wore booties upon entering, completed the work quickly and left the area cleaner than when he arrived.

We were offered additional services to prevent further issues but we’re not pressured to make an immediate decision.

I had a pleasure of working with Robert today who did a brilliant job cleaning a clog in the kitchen sink. I was skeptical after two plumbers told us we'll need to do major pipe repair work costing thousands due to grease build up. I continued looking on Google and saw Roto-Rooter had great reviews. Boy am I glad I did! In under an hour the sink is draining smoothly with no leaks. Thank you so much!!! If you have any drainage issues look no further.

Rodney and Jacob were amazing and very professional. They got the job done and went above and beyond to make sure we our plumbing issue was taken of. We will definitely contact them again for our plumbing needs and will recommend them to both our friends and neighbors.

The 1st man showed up as scheduled to observe the issue and used a moisture detector on the wall look for any hidden issues. Dimitri and his partner came minutes later with truck/tools needed for the project. He explained that I had a drum trap design for my washing machine and how it worked. He fixed the issue in less than a half hour. Excellent experience.
