In general, I've had no bad experiences with the owner of this establishment.

However, I think she should reconsider her choice to employ a male gentleman, possibly her son, who is a fan of making rude and disparaging comments to customers and attempting to play it off with a sly "bro" at the end of his sentence. As if any of us were born yesterday.

This is not middle school. It's business. People come here to buy things, not engage in puerile exercises that could result in loss of business and government investigation or complaints.

Get real.
