Russo Tux & Limousine

Always my go-to rental shop! My boyfriend was recently in a wedding and I directed him to Russo in Andover immediately. He was greeted warmly and suited up perfectly. The woman assisting him, Jo Ann, was awesome! Very helpful, kind, and gave him everything he needed correctly and on time. We will be returning for the upcoming winter weddings!

Went to a wedding last week and the Tux's were rented from Russso's. The men were very happy with their service and tux, no complaints at all. I would recommend to anyone if they ever need a Tux or Limo service to go with Russo's. Keep up the good work Russo's.

Met with Joey today and had an amazing experience. He was measuring my two kida for tixes for a wedding. He was wxcellent and patient and was able to correctly guess my husbands jacket size. I would not heaitate to use them again

I loved the service my husband had changed his tux like five times and they helped him finally decided and my grooms men looked fabulous . I just love there service

Husband rented a tux there (Andover location) for a wedding. They had him try it on at the store. Fit was good and style was nice. The lady that worked with told him she would place all items in the bag and meet him out front. She brought the bag up to him. He left. Assuming all was all set. Day of wedding, my husband opened the bag only to find the pants missing....Two hours before the ceremony! Luckily their other location was open and was able to get a pair and make it right on time, but this isn't something that someone should have to deal with! Unacceptable! Better yet, why didn't they call him when they realized they had a extra pair of pants? Another groomsmen had a button missing on the jacket that they were told would be taken care of before picked up... Still missing at the wedding.

Every time I come here they always, always, mess up my measurements even though they repeatedly put them into their computer.
