Panera Bread

One of my favorite places at the mall. Not only is their food great and convenient but it’s also surprisingly fresh for a chain. Of course, the baguette is a must have as their apples are always a little subpar. The pastries are fresh and delicious always and the workers are so friendly.

Definitely recommend for a quick bite!

Nice location in the mall, but very busy, so sometimes hard to find a seat. Tried a couple items this time.

Mac + Cheese Sandwich: Surprisingly, very good, the mixture of cheese is good and the pasta was tender. The bread was soft and toasty, it tastes exactly like you would imagine it. Mac + Cheese on bread.

Flatbread Pizza: Not a winner here. The bread is tasteless, like dough with no seasoning. The toppings qere fine, but everyall, it tastes like regular frozen pizza.

Broccoli and Cheddar: Always a hit with me, I always get it. Nice reheated soup tastes amazing. I also enjoy buyong it in the super market, whicb is exactly the same soup!

Overall, its a nice place to eat and take a break.

The manager Julie is super sweet and attentive to her staff and customers 💗 def love this place and appreciate the service . The chilli was so good and less then 10 mins for my order to be done

I can’t say enough good things about Mark, one of the managers. There was a major problem with my delivery order and he was super kind, patient and provided excellent customer service to ensure I got my order in a timely manner. It’s people like him who keep places running smoothly and make people smile. Thank you so much!

The salads and soups are the best. Panera Bread is one of the best healthy choices for takeout/dine in at Newport Mall in NJ.

Overall the atmosphere, customer service, and food quality is really good. I have no complaints. And the staff are so warm and friendly. You want to take them home.

My online order was incomplete once arrived. I called the store to have this issue resolved and Marc(k) did a really great job with helping me to get my order redelivered to my location. I’d personally give him the 5 star rating

Food is like any other Panera. Staff is decent. They sometimes run out of coffee due to high foot traffic but staff is good if you tell them you replenish. I do wish Panera prices were bit more reasonable considering they have some healthier options so I could go there more often. Definitely worth signing up for their unlimited coffee subscription if it’s near you!!

Today Mark the manager reminded me why I love Panera bread. His energy was very welcoming. He was handing the orders out and called my name clear and correct. My name is difficult to many but he attempted and did well on both attempts. He also walked around dinning room asking if anyone needed anything and told us to call him if we needed anything. I was even more enamored with Panera bread because they are back to using real utensils! It was out of their control i understand but It felt good. Overall my experience today was great!

Another good experience. As I usually order online or via the kiosk, I am not really able to offer an informed opinion about the service to the folks who choose to stand in line at the traditional registers. With that said, I do not recall ever having a poor experience at this Panera Bread. My orders are usually fresh, prepared correctly, and available at my requested times. I also like the rewards program. As long as I still live within reasonable walking distance, I will continue to be a regular customer for the foreseeable future.

Ordered lunch today for my company...25 people and our order was completed in 30 minutes. Everything was delicious and quickly done! Beatrice the Manager was so accommodating and called me after to see how everything was... LIKE WHAT!? 10 stars in my book!

This place gets very busy during lunch time, but you can order online and your food will be waiting for you when you arrive. It's that simple. Unlike some other locations, this one seems well stocked and accurate. I have always received exactly what I have ordered, even with some heavy customizing, and I eat here about twice a week.

The woman working the expo and the dining room named Jasmin did a wonderful job. She was pleasant, extremely helpful, kind and patient. The GM bussed our table and was just as great. Both Eddie and Jasmin were great hires and Panera bread was just as great as always. Keep up the good work!!

It was a great service and the team very polite and great hospitality. Not sure if the young man is one of the manager but he was very attentive to the customers. This was my first time at this Panera bread. Will came back again.

Fast service with totems placed at the entrance.
You can choose your products and goes directly to rapid pick up place.
The price is little bit higher if compared with other bakeries but the taste is good and natural. It worth the price !
The place is not crowded and staff is very gentle

I love everything about Panera. The service, the staff and of course the food. Very nice and friendly staff. I used to work at Newport Mall in Jersey City and they have a location there. Always clean and welcoming. Fave lunch spot. I recommend.

Very nice staff, one of the better paneras I've been to. Always fast service never anything wrong. Area kept clean is a plus too.
