Kohl's

I had a return. The associate and managers listened to my ‘plight’ and resolved my issue. The customer service is reason enough to shop Kohl’s. Their prices are beyond competitive and the selection is wide and deep. No it’s not Brooks Brothers but BB can’t match Kohl’s at what they do so well, clothe me in comfort wear and supply my home with necessities and dress my home with holiday/seasonal wears. If you don’t shop Kohl’s you’re missing out!

Kohls is by far my favorite place to shop, especially when I receive 30 or 40% off coupons. Plus they give me Kohls cash depending on how much I spend. The store is always clean & the associates are very courteous & professional. They always have something on the floor that I want to buy.

This is a great Kohls to shop for clothes! Theres a wide area of dressing rooms! Theres plenty of clothes to choose from! They have appliances such as blenders, waffle makers, and mixers very nice here and will definitely be returning!

Store was great and there's lots of options. Prices were also not super expensive.

Far better prices compare to next door Macy's. Visited today(black Friday) got lots of deals on gifts cloths n lot more. Highly recommended

Kohl’s department store has all high-quality well-maintained and clean merchandise to staff is friendly and waiting to check out is very minimum and they have a great discounts

I went into the store to pick up a blow up water slide which was a lot heavier then I had expected. From the start, the woman (unfortunately I did not get her name) at customer service, was attentive and courteous. She had asked me why I was there while simultaneously helping another customer just to make sure that I didn’t have to wait if it was unnecessary. After she found out where my package was, she slid the heavy box all the way across the store for me because it wouldn’t fit in a shopping cart. One of the other employees (David) just so happened to be passing by and immediately helped us with a solution and met me downstairs with the purchase and he put it in my car for me. Above and beyond service. Thank you so much!

I ordered the leapfrog from Kohls and picked it up from the store. super easy to do and fast. bought it for my 2 year old grandson. and also their sales and discounts are the best!

One of my most favorite stores in the Newport Mall. I came here one Christmas to get my family presents and they had a large variety of clothing at affordable prices. Definitely plan to visit again

wonderful place to buy

Prompt return of an Amazon order item. NO hassle. NO fuss. NO long line or wait. Customer service worker was polite, friendly & efficient. Good store, with a nice sale going on. Clean store. Shiny, buffed & almost look of a lacquered floors.

Nice sore with nice staff. Gets very crowded on Black Friday and Thanksgiving weekend with very long queues and few counters to check out. You can return Amazon items at this store too

Helpful staff, decent selection. Better service than Penny's, not as expensive as Macy's and far less dreary than Sears! More appealing than the other anchor stores in this Mall.

The sales associate was professional. Good selection of merchandise. I also liked being able to get the Kohl's cash and use the discounts. In this case, I was allowed to pay with another method other than the Kohl's charge, were I so inclined, and I would have still gotten the discount. If you go on a weekday morning, that is usually the best chance of not having to wait in long lines.
