I must say,the last Chinese food I got while visiting the U.S made me literally sick with the amount of MSG used in Chinatown NYC. This year, my friends drove me to this LoFattChow(cool name) Chinese restaurant. Took us 45 minutes to get there but worth it. Fresh,low salt, light, non greasy,and without batter. Many standard dishes but many dishes I would not normally see. This is not your typical Chinese takeout just offering Chicken Fried rice/wings and egg rolls. I’d describe it as a diverse mix of traditional and higher end authentic cuisine with a healthy concept in mind. Mixture of China Mandarin and Hong Kong Cantonese tastes to choose from.
Tasted just like the Chinese food we are used to in Toronto’s multiple Chinese fine restaurants. Lady owner is extremely nice and intelligent. Nice to see someone like this succeed. See you again one day lady.

Very healthy and delicious food! I think some of the reviews here don’t understand that this place does their best to serve healthy Chinese food. I’ve been coming here for a few years and it’s always a go to when I don’t have time to make dinner.

Great place for Chinese food. We’ve tried the sesame noodles, fried rice, wonton soup, scallion pancakes and dumplings. All we’re awesome and super fair price.

Confused by the bad reviews! This place is consistently delicious. I love that they have their own app, makes it really easy to oder. Food is always fresh and light, unlike some of the other Chinese places in town that have really oily sauces.

I love this place! The sesame tofu and general tso’s tofu are amazing, so cool that they offer it in a wrap as well. The staff is really lovely. Highly recommend!

Literally some of the best dumplings I’ve had here! The filling was some of the freshest I’ve had and taste homemade, absolutely fantastic!!! 💕

The food was amazing. Not greasy and every sauce has tofu option. We ordered the kung Pao tofu and it came LOADED with yummy tofu and peanuts. Had no grease so felt very light and healthy. Very unlike the other Chinese takeout we are used to. I wish there was a restaurant like this in central Jersey.

Great food. Never had szechuan style chicken/beef before so it was nice to try something new from the usual! I will say the food portions can be a bit small for the price they ask for but that's up to the discretion of the person eating it. Nonetheless if you like Chinese food in general then this is the place to go.

It fits the description - "Unfussy take-out & delivery joint offering classic Chinese dishes & many health-oriented choices." Some of these reviews must be looking for Chinese food packed with MSG, this is not that. It's simple good food.

Amazing! Best Chinese food in hoboken if you are looking for light and healthy. Everything is fresh and tasty. Not like the other Chinese food spots in Hoboken. A go to spot for quick, delicious food that will not make you feel awful after eating it. 10/10!!

Healthier Chinese is a great concept and this place executes it very well. You will notice a lack of starch and sodium immediately yet the food is delicious. Case in point: the hot and sour soup. I am sure there are many aficionados out there. Try this one!
I have ordered 10 meals already and haven not been disappointed. The summer rolls are sizable and delish. When I order later in the evening I get the tofu vegetable soup. I love it because of the fresh ingredients and you can probably count the calories on one hand (ok maybe not quite that low).
As a sidebar, the woman that owns Lo-Fatt is a very nice, highly educated, hard-working person. After a short conversation you will want to see her succeed.

Our go-to take-out restaurant for quick, fresh, quality Chinese food that consistently good and delicious. Great find in the western side of Hoboken and now with all the area expansion Lo-Fatt should be busy but I'm sure up to the challenge... Very nice and accommodating owner.

Fresh and quick. Staff were polite on the phone and when I picked up. Had special friend rice. Rice was great and the shrimp tasted fresh and were large. Good value!

Wonderful Chinese food at great prices. The staff is extremely attentive (particularly with delivery orders, calling and confirming any questions). Boneless spare ribs, egg rolls, orange chicken are all the best!

Best Chinese food I have ever had. Fresh vegetables and minimal amount of grease. Delicious, all other Chinese food places taste worst after coming here.
