Food was so good that I signed up for the meal plans. Smoothies are also amazing. Service & staff are excellent.

I’ve ate from this location four times. Each time it gets better than the last one. Love the fact it’s delicious, and it’s healthy. I would highly recommend this place. It’s going to be my everyday breakfast and Lunch place.

Great quality healthy food for a fair price. Management.. if you're seeing this, please suggest to the cooks to cook a little bit faster. The wait time for foods is slightly longer than at other locations... for items that aren't terribly hard to cook. Otherwise excellent location with friendly staff. Please try to improve the cooking time

Such great quality food. I got the pancakes and they are so tasty and fresh. The fruit was so good and the pancakes were delicious. Definitely recommend all of there foods especially the smoothies to so tasty. Not only is the food good but the service was wonderful. Love this place, definitely recommend.

Great experience with Souzafit's Meal plan for 3 reasons:

*Allowed me to make some substitutions (ie: removing caesar salad for chicken teriyaki). I would have paid more but they didn't charge me extra

*Meals are high quality at only $10-$12 per meal (pretty good in this day in age). And they preserve in the freezer

*Flexible meal plan. I'm not locked into a monthly/yearly subscription. I order only when I'm ready and need meals. This is crucial for me as I travel a lot for work so don't always need home meals.

I love this place! I found this place a few weeks ago, and I’ve been getting lunch multiple times a week here since. The food is healthy, delicious and affordable with good portions. The staff is very welcoming! I’m trying everything on the menu one at a time, but my favorite so far is the Souzafit burrito. If you’re thinking of grabbing a meal here, I’d definitely recommend it.

Souza Fit is definitely the best option around the area!
I’ve spent a day in Hoboken (first time) and I’ve been at Souza Fit before (Mount Vernon) and no doubt that I’d enjoy the neighborhood eating healthy.
The food was gorgeous!

I've ordered from this place on Uber Eats, and with each experience, the food has been great.

Love this place. I come in here several times a week for lunch/dinner. Delicious protein shakes and awesome healthy wraps (must try the monster wrap, fire), not to mention the early 2000s hip hop music videos, great vibes. Staff also couldn’t possibly be nicer!

This place has the most amazing and healthy food that is always of the best quality! My fiancé and I easily eat here 4 times a week for either lunch or dinner. Great smoothies and wraps. Definitely worth a walk downtown to eat here!

I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience at their restaurant. I would like to take this opportunity to assure you that they have not done anything illegal or unethical. The withhold of your last paycheck because of the key and staff apparel not being returned is very common in most business. No business owner wants to have a non-employee with a key and alarm code. It's a safety issue. Christina reached out to you for two weeks, asking you to return the key. They had to take measurements to protect their assets and business after you informed about the loss of such and clearly showing a immature and irresponsible behavior. Your statement about them being "miserable" is very unfair and untrue. Felipe and Christina are both hard-working people who care about their business and their customers -- you should know that they often work 12-14 hour days without taking breaks just so they can keep up with all of the orders coming in and making sure all 3 locations run smoothly as possible! Always on the road and commuting over 45 to 1 hour to assist the staff in anything they can.
They're always looking for passionate and committed individuals to help service the community. So, please do reach out if there's any other way to solve this matter because they have community support that can back it and a negative review will be reviewed and we won't let these behaviors after their day-to-day.

The staff at SouzaFit are amazing, they treat me like a VIP every time I dine here! Tasty, healthy, and reasonably priced. Plus they provide the "macros" on the menu if you're tracking what you eat.

Recommend the barbell salad with chicken and protein coffee to give you an extra jolt!

Had the Cajun Salmon Wrap with quinoa and sweet potato fried totaling 500 cal, 43g of protein, and 41g of carbs. The food is quality and seems cleaner/leaner than the average quick service restaurant. One of their differentiating factors is that they list the nutritional info such as the metrics above. Staff is friendly as well.

Souzafit’s a great spot if you’re trying to lose weight and maintain muscle. They breakdown the macros of each meal within the menu. The staff’s also very friendly and helpful if you need to add or change your meal.

I love this place and they have healthy options with great macros. I am a little disappointed in the fact that I order from here quite often but I never receive a coupon or any kind of special offer. It says I’m in the top 5% of customers on UberEats but that’s the only gripe I have.

Love this place. Heathy while still being very tasty. Usually get the chicken teriyaki but recently tasted someone’s steak stir fry and WOW. That will be my next order.

Additionally: friendly service, comfortable to eat inside, outside or takeout.
