I went there a couple of weeks ago. The service was fantastic! Joseph B. Help me he was very polite and knowledgeable. As a woman I always feel intimidated to go to places to fix my car because most of the time I don't know exactly what is going on. Joseph was so nice he explain everything to me, more over he installed a new battery on my car and help me to change my air and engine filter. I would totally go back there and all ready recommend my girlfriends to go because how comfortable I felt shopping at that store.

I was visiting Parsippany from Pittsburgh, Pa in December and a very nice manager Joe B helped me with my install of Honda wiper blades! We small talked about his family and mine, and it was really nice to hear his dedication driving in from Ohio everyday! Good guy! Great person! Good manager!

I went in to get a battery replacement. Joseph B. was knowledgeable and did a wonderful job putting in the battery for me. He cleaned everything before installing the battery which was a pleasant surprise. I know I will definitely be back for my other car needs in the future. I highly recommend this store!

I went there today to get wiper blades. Malcolm was very helpful in getting the blades that I needed. When it was time to install the blades, he and Caroline were very helpful in installing the blades on my vehicle.

The manager Joseph was also very helpful. This is a very nice store and is well organized and they provide great customer service.

I would definitely recommend people to go to the store.

I felt my car battery was losing power so I went to Advance Auto Parts in Parsippany. Joseph B asked me about my car’s symptoms and then a battery check. I did need a battery and he advised me on which battery would suit my needs without breaking my budget. Joseph B was very helpful and patiently educated me about other needs my car had. He perfectly installed my new car battery. He is very confident and kind salesman. I thought he owned the store but he is only a manager in training at this time. I am a very happy and grateful customer now that my car’s power has been restored.

I had an wonderful experience at this Advanced Auto Part! Caroline there was a great help for me. She went above and beyond making sure I got the assistance I needed. She didn’t hesitate to step out side and place the parts on my vehicle. She did a win job! Thanks Caroline!

Went today to purchase a new battery and was hoping they could install it for me. When we arrived there were a few other people there waiting on the same thing but the man who helped me worked very quickly and was able to install it for me as well. They were very helpful and professional and the price was fair. Would definitely go back again or recommend this location!

I came in for a new headlight bulb and after not being able to install it correctly, came back with the complaint that they gave me the wrong info. HOWEVER, Joseph B, the manager in training took the time to come out and explain to me which bulbs needed to go where and personally helped me resolve the issue. It is very comforting to know you’re getting attentive service, but also with someone who is willing to provide information and explanations to better take care of my vehicle. Thanks Joseph!

Joe, the store manager was very helpful with what I erroneously thought might be a problem. He ran a battery/alternator diagnostic and knowledgeably and logically outlined all the results. In the end, everything checked out ok and nothing had to be replaced at this time. I’m definitely returning to this store if I need any further help.

I eventually decided to have the auxiliary battery replaced anyway as a precautionary measure before the winter set in so I returned a month or so ago and the experience couldn't have been better. Joe replaced it and I was in and out in 20 minutes. We've all been to stores where you made to feel like you're intruding on the attendant's time. Not so here! Joe and, by extension, this store understand that the customer is the source of the store's very existence and makes you feel that way.

Michelle was great! My car’s battery was at near zero, she checked and replaced my battery efficiently. She explained what she was doing too which I really appreciated as someone who is not a car person.

We had pleasant experience in Advanced Auto Parts at Rt 46, Parsipanny. We needed help finding replacement wiper blades . Joseph offered unconditional help in looking for appropriate part in store and also helped us by taking a look at our car in person. We will definitely visit the store for our needs in future. My car needed wiper blade replacement. Best part is, Joseph B. tried 3 different brands, and replaced them for me! What a relief! He was fast, very nice! I highly recommend this parts store.

Had a great experience today at this location and top notch service from Joseph B. He was kind, helpful and patient. He is a true asset to this operation. Will definitely return and would recommend it to anyone.

5 Stars to Nikolai M. in the Parsippany store. I needed a vanity bulb for my car. He was able to find the right bulb for me. I also saw Nikolai M. replacing someone’s wiper blades so I purchased a set of wiper blades and they were on sale. Within a few minutes, Nikolai M. replaced my wipers. Great service by Nikolai M. Will come here for all my car part needs. Thank you Nikolai M.

Advance is consistently the best place in the area to go for automotive parts and Joseph B in Parsippany was clutch today helping me replace the battery on my wife's car! I've been going there for years for any parts that I need that I can service myself. In this case, we needed a replacement battery for our van. Joseph was respectful and presented the different options, then did the battery install (way too hard Honda btw). He also helped with some warranty items that were unexpected and set me up with filters that I could do myself that the dealership would have charged me stupid $$$ for.

I always have a great experience at Advance (again, 15+ year customer) but Joseph was clutch today helping me get fixed what I needed to have fixed and helped me save money in the process.

If you need any auto part Advance is a great place to get it.

If you don't do cars, but need a battery or windshield wipers or something like that, Advance is the place to go. Their service is top notch, and Joseph B in Parsippany really delivered today. I don't usually write reviews, but this experience warranted it.

Caroline at the Parsippany rte 46 branch of Advanced Auto Parts more than exceeded my expectations in installing a brand new battery for my car. She was very professional, skillful, very courteous, and very reassuring that I would be able to drive away with a brand new battery that evening. Stopped by because I was afraid my car battery went bad. Joseph B came to the rescue! He used a machine and gave me a full readout of my alternator, battery, and some other things. He was so knowledgable and so professional. I will absolutely return to this store. Thanks, Joseph B!
