I walked into a very welcoming environment she was excellent patient and her braids are neat. I laughed the the whole time. I was offered snacks and water. Sha understood I was too busy to wash my hair b4 my srv and she handled it. Sha is amazing and you know what I can’t wait to go back definitely worth the price that’s also affordable #satisfied

Not only was i called to come in earlier but the service for natural hair box braids lower back was amazing 2 and a half hours worth of conversation, music and just visual stimulation of seeing different hairs being done at the same time. Loved. I’m interested in now getting my color done and hair cut by another stylist at the space but the owner was doing locs that i loved that i want now lol. I know that im going on but i loved my hair and my time. definitely going back for a removal wash and blow maybe a new style.

Sha is a professional and talented stylist. I was apprehensive because I have locs and wanted a different look for my graduation. I saw Marley twist and asked if it was an option. Sha not only told me how to maintain the health of my locs (which I will be going back for regular loc maintain), but she Slayed my hair! Everywhere I went I received compliments from Charlotte, to Miami, to New York.

Loved loved loved my time here! Shakeeda was on time and the styling was extremely quick and neat. The atmosphere of this shop is extremely homely—I felt so at home here! The owner and her co-stylist are also very hilarious, so you’ll be entertained on top of a pretty hairdo!

My son is 17 years old and he is into growing his hair into twists that young adults his age is wearing nowadays. I am a man of a certain age who gets a magic shave twice a week, so you know twists was never an option for me growing up because I always rocked a high-top fade in high school.

My son has always received a close caesar cut since he was a year old every other week without fail. However, you have to let these kids grow into their own. So I told my son if he wanted to wear this hair style he would have to pay for it with his own money, but I will continue to pay for the bi- weekly cut. He had a few people twist his hair and I continued to ask..... are you sure this is what you really want because I was not please at all with the outcome of his hair.

Ms. Ross is truly is a BOSS in the hair business. I stopped by her boutique salon and introduced her to my son and she consulted him on what he was looking for. She also understood my sentiments as a parent of this type of hair style I was not feeling at all. Well he made an appointment and she did a Shazam on his head. He walked out grinning ear to ear and immediately started face timing all his twisted, braided hair friends. They all wanted to know her instagram page for further review.

The BOSS, Ms. Ross that is....Did a phenomenal job on my son's hair and far exceeded my expectations. They were neat and it gave him a look that I could live with.
